Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Treatment Of Steonecrosis Of The Femoral Head Through Allogenic Fibular Bone Graft Combined The Huoxueshenggu Decoction

Objective:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze 240 cases who followed the treatment with allogenic fibular impaction bone graft combined the HUOXUESHENGGU Decoction or merely allogenic fibular impaction bone graft.Comparison the different efficacy between the two methods conduced,meanwhile the mechanism of HUOXUESHENGGU Decoction.Methods:This study is a retrospective trial.The patients were divided into two groups,experimental group(n=131,138hips)and control group(n=109,118hips).The experimental group was given a combined treatment of HUOXUESHENGGU decoction and allogenic fibular impaction bone graft(the decoction was prepared in People's Hospital of Linyi,china),while the controlled group was given only allogenic fibular impaction bone graft.All the involved patients were followed up 72 months.Harris hip scored,the excellent-good rate and X-ray sign at last follow up were used to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:Harris Hip score were largely increased postoperatively(86.12±11.45)compared to preoperatively(67.88±8.76).A mean of 18 points were added in both groups(increased from 67.91±8.92)to(88.34±9.86)and from(67.87±8.92)to(83.47±10.36)points respectively),which revealed statistical significance not only preoperatively but also postoperatively in both groups(t=6.461,P<0.05).The last follow-up excellent-good rate revealed statistical significance in both groups(z=3.5257,P=0.0135<0.05).However,no significance showed in patients who suffered ARCOIIIC between two groups.In X-ray sign,the retention rate of the morpha of femoral head who suffered ARCO?A??B??C??A??B??C in experimental group were 93.32%?90.45%?87.30%?72.46%?61.32%?23.52%while 92.45%?83.64%?81.13%?67.12%?60.88%?24.67%in controlled group,which ?B??C??A revealed statistical significance(?B,?2=4.637,P<0.05;?C,?2=4.025,P<0.05;?A,X2=3.889,P<0.05),however,no significance showed in(?A,?2=1.025,P>0.05;?B,?2=0,925;P>0.05;?C,?2=0.450,P>0.05).The failure rate was high in patient who suffered ARCO?C,which excellent-good rate was only 21.4%.Additionally,28patients had to undergone total hip arthroplasty(THA)finally.Conclusion:All the outcomes suggested that HUOXUESHENGGU decoction and allogenic fibular impaction bone graft had definitely efficacy,which is super than simple allogenic fibular impaction bone graft.HUOXUESHENGGU decoction can relieve pain?improved function and restore sequestrum in short time.It also can maintain the initial condition?prevent femoral head going collaspe in long way.Patients in ARCO?C stage had high failure rate.THA is performed...
