Two Way Cohort Study On The Short-term Efficacy Of Proximal Femoral Osteotomy Combined With Wenshen Xuanbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Osteonecrosis Of Femoral Head In ARCO Stage Ⅲ

Objective:Observation the recent clinical curative effect of femoral proximal osteotomy with Wenshenxuanbi decoction take orally treatments the ARCOⅢ osteonecrosis of femoral head,explore the femoral head necrosis of china-japan friendship hospital classification and application of virtual reality technology in accurately keeping hip value,and to provide practical basis for the clinical promotion.Methods:Collected by the method of bidirectional queue and 05,2018-05,2020,in jiangsu province hospital orthopedic hospital,symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination in accordance with femoral head necrosis ARCO Ⅲ period only accept varus or rotational osteotomy and accept one of the two kinds of operative methods and postoperative kidney patients treated xuan bi soup to drink,a total of 31 cases(39 hips),according to the postoperative without taking the kidney xuan bi soup into the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group.The VAS score of Harris hip function score of the two groups before and 3,6 and 12 months after the operation of the two methods were respectively counted,and the scores between the two groups of the two methods at each time point were analyzed.The preoperative and postoperative virtual reality engineering results of patients with the two surgical methods were counted,and the one-year good and good rates of varus osteotomy and rotary osteotomy were compared.Results:Twenty-eight patients(35 hips)were followed up for more than one year,and no serious complications such as deep vein thrombosis,fracture,infection or bone nonunion occurred during the follow-up.There were 1 case(1 hip)with infection 9 months after surgery,1 case(2 hips)with fracture 10 months after trauma,and 1 case(1 hip)with nonunion 3 months after surgery,which were not included in VAS and Harris score statistics.There were no significant differences in gender,age,height,weight and BMI between the two groups,and no significant differences in preoperative VAS score and Harris hip function score between the two groups.All scores of the two groups were significantly improved after operation compared with preoperation.The VAS scores of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine group at 3,6 and 12 months after operation.The Harris score was higher than that of the western medicine group.Proximal femoral osteotomy therapy ARCOⅢ options were osteonecrosis and 1 year was 64.1%.The one-year good rate of varus osteotomy was higher than that of rotary osteotomy.The classification of femoral head necrosis in China-Japan Friendship Hospital combined with virtual reality technology has a guiding significance for the selection of indications for proximal femoral osteotomy and accurate hip preservation.Conclusion:Proximal femoral osteotomy therapy ARCOⅢ osteonecrosis of femoral head has good curative effect,wenshenxuanbi decoction can effectively accelerate the pain relief and functional recovery,femoral head necrosis of china-japan friendship hospital classification has guiding significance for the selection of bone cutting operation,the virtual reality technology can realize keep hip accurately.
