Objective:To investigate the changes and roles of nNOS in the plasma of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:Were cruited 234 consecutive patients with CHF who were admitted to Yanbian University Hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 for the in-hospital treatment of decomposition of CHF.According to the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)values were divided into 3 groups:group A(EF:20-29%),group B(EF:30-49%),group C(EF:?50%)Result:(1)The comparison of the general data among the three groups showed that there was no significant difference in terms of gender,age and body mass index(P>0.05);The levels of serum LDL-C in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.001).Serum LDL-C levels in group A were slightly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The levels of serum HDL-C in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.001).The serum HDL-C level in group A was slightly lower than those in group B(P<0.001).However,the levels of Na+,K+,Ca2+,TC,TG and CREA were no significant difference among three groups(P>0.05);(2)The nNOS concentration of plasma in three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),among them,plasma nNOS levels in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.001);plasma nNOS levels in group C were slightly lower than those in group B(P<0.05);serum nNOS levels in group A were lower than those in group C(P<0.05);(3)There was significant difference in E peak among the three groups(P<0.05),among them,the value of E peak in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the value of E peak in group C was slightly lower than that in group B(P<0.05);the value of E peak in group A was slightly lower than that in group C(P<0.05);(4)Comparison the nNOS concentration of plasm with various indexes,there was no significant difference among.cardiac function grade ?,? and ?(P>0.05);Comparison the nNOS concentration of plasma with between the(40-65)group and the(?66)group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);(5)The nNOS concentration of plasma was positively correlated with ACEI class,ARB class,digoxin and p-blocker.Conclusion:1.Plasma nNOS concentration was positively correlated with the expression of ?-AR,ACEI,ARB and digoxin;2.The increase of neuronal nitric oxide synthase in patients with heart failure may be to promote the early diastole of the heart and protect the cardiac function through the regulation of E peak.
