Hypertension is a common chronic disease characterized by arterial blood pressurepersistent increase, which has become an important public health problem and been a treat to the health of our residents.Studies have shown that primary hypertension is a typical psychosomatic disease, and psychological factors and hypertension are closely linked. As independent risk factors of the Hypertension occurrence, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions have an important effect on the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis. Therefore, this study chooses the important representative of traditionalhealth maintenance technique-Shaolin YiJinJing as a method to explore the correlation between psychological and blood pressure changes, revealing that Shaolin YiJinJing play a decompression effect of the internal mechanismby improving the patient's mood, thus providing a theoretical basis for promoting Shaolin YiJinJing this nonpharmacological therapy. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients were recruited and the first group of hypertension patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The experimental group was given a 12-week lifestyle intervention and Shaolin YiJinJing intervention;thecontrol group was only lifestyle intervention.By observing the changes in blood pressure, the mind state andthe health-promoting lifestyle of the subjects during the experimental period to explore the Shaolin YiJinJing on the impact of psychological intervention in patients with hypertension. Results: After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the blood pressure had obvious changes both in experimental group and control group;there was a significant difference in blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group.the mind state of subjectbefore experiment showed that tension, depression, anxiety and other negative emotion were in both groups;the score of negative emotion was high and the positive emotion score was low.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that there were significant correlations between mood state and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. After the end of the experiment, the T score of the experimental group subjects' tension, anger, fatigue, depression, panic and other negative subscales score were all lower than the control group, while the energy,self-esteem and the positive subscales' T scores were higher than before, but the control group had nosignificant changes in state of mind. After 12 weeks experimental intervention, the subjects in both groups had a obvious changes in health-promoting lifestyle;Compared with the control group, the experimental group's the scores in health-promoting lifestyle each sub scales were higher. Conclusion: After 12 weeks Shaolin YiJin Jing twelve type experimental intervention,it can effectively relieve then tension, anxiety fatigue and other negative emotions in the subjects, and obviously improve the state of mind of the subjects to lower the blood pressure, and very helpful to improve the healthy lifestyle of the subject. Thus it will improve theefficiency on hypertension treatment and decreasethe financial burden on hypertension. This study provides a theoretical basis for the nonpharmacological treatment of patients with primary and grade 1 essential hypertension, which provides a new idea for the treatment of hypertension and provides evidence for the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine.
