Study On The Application Of Rolling And Spot Magnification Full Digital Mammography In The Diagnosis Of Breastdiseasesby

Mammography is the first choice for the screening and diagnosis of breast dis-eases.It is possible to improve the sensitivity and specificity of mammography in combination with mammography.Objective:To explore the application of spot magnification mammography and rolling mammography in the diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods:a total of 125 cases of Mammography routine examination and spot magnification mammography and rolling mammography and Verified by pathology were the physical examination palpable mass in 79 cases of patients,46 patients with no palpable mass,comparative study on images of patients.Results:in 125 patients,there were cases of breast cancer,benign tumor in cases,atypical hyperplasia in cases,hyperplasia of mammary glands in cases.Among them,79 patients with palpable mass were treated with conventional digital mammography,The sensitivity,specificity and Jorden index were 70%,48.4%,and 0.184.The sensi-tivity,specificity and Jorden index of conventional mammography and spot magnifi-cation mammography were 84.8%,75.8%,and 0.606.The sensitivity,specificity and Jorden index of conventional mammography + spot magnification mammography +rolling mammography were 95.7%,93.9%,and 0.896.46 patients with non palpable mass were treated with conventional digital mammography.,The sensitivity,speci-ficity and Jorden index were 87.5%,55.6%,and 0.306.The sensitivity,specificity and Jorden index of conventional mammography and spot magnification mammogra-phy were 89.2%,88.9%,0.781.The sensitivity,specificity and Jorden index of con-ventional mammography + spot magnification mammography + rolling mammogra-phy were92.9%,94.4%,0.873.In 79 patients with physical examination can touch the mass with conventional mammography+spot magnification mammogra-phy+rolling mammography,its sensitivity and specificity was significantly higher than Conventional mammography and conventional mammography + spot magnifica-tion mammography.through statistical analysis,with statistical significance.46 pa-tients who had no palpable masses,conventional mammography+spot magnification mammography,the sensitivity and specificity was significantly higher than that of conventional mammography,through statistical analysis,with statistical significance;with conventional mammography + spot magnification mammography + rolling mammography a little gap,through statistical analysis,was not statistically signifi-cant.Conclusion:the conventional mammography + spot magnification mammogra-phy + rolling mammography,The diagnosis of breast lesions that can be touched by the physical examination is better than that of conventional mammography and con-ventional mammography + spot magnification mammography,especially for display in a single position on the mass of diagnosis,there is doubt about the scope of the mass,more value.And for the masses cannot touch breast lesions,conventional mammography + spot magnification mammography + rolling mammography,and conventional mammography + spot magnification mammography in diagnosis of breast lesions had little difference,the former two are better than conventional mam-mography.The spot magnification mammography is of great value for the evaluation of the non palpable breast lesions,especially for the evaluation of the micro calcifica-tion,and the value of the rolling mammography is relatively small.
