The Study Of Combined The Ultrasonic To Evaluate The Curative Effect Of Acupoint Injection With Ligustrazine In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

ObjectiveCombined the ultrasonic to evaluate the curative effect and safety of acupoint injection with ligustrazine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in order to increase TCM treatment therapy of RA,and argument the objectivity of using ultrasound to evaluate the treatment effect of rheumatoid arthritis.MethodsThe 67 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who was conformed the research standards were randomly divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(34 cases).Two groups were treated by methotrexate,hydroxychloroquine sulfate and Los SuoLuoFen.The experimental group were treated by western medicine and acupoint injection with ligustrazine.The period of treatment was 4 months.Then,observe the changes of two groups of indicators before and after the treatment.The indicators included CRP,ESR,clinical symptoms and signs,VAS score,HAQ score,blood flow signal classification of synovitis and security.And through the above indicators to measure ACR curative effect,the whole period of the disease curative effect and DAS28 score.Used SPSS21.0 to analyze the data.Evaluate the curative effect and safety by acupoint injection with ligustrazine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,also evaluate the objectivity of using ultrasound to evaluate the treatment effect of rheumatoid arthritis.ResultsThe results in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant.The results included CRP,ESR,t28,sw28,morning stiffness time,the average hands grip strength,the pain VAS score,the VAS score of overall status of disease by physicians evaluation,the VAS score of overall status of disease by patients evaluation,HAQ score,DAS28 score,blood flow signal classification of synovitis.The results comparison between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant.The results included CRP,ESR,the average hands grip strength,the pain VAS score,the VAS score of overall status of disease by physicians evaluation,DAS28 score.The results comparison between the two groups after treatment with no statistically significant.The results included t28,sw28,morning stiffness time,the VAS score of overall status of disease by patients evaluation,HAQ score,blood flow signal classification of synovitis.ACR curative effect after treatment:experimental group:ACR70 5 cases(15.15%),ACR50 14 cases(42.42%),ACR20 9cases(27.27%),invalid 5 cases(15.15%),?ACR50 19 cases(57.57%),?ACR20 28 cases(84.85%);control group:ACR703 cases(8.82%),ACR508 cases(23.53%),ACR20 17 cases(50%),invalid 6 cases(17.65%),?ACR50 11 cases(32.35%),?ACR20 28 cases(82.35%).Two groups of ACR grading efficacy after treatment was no significant difference.But the two groups in ? ACR50 comparison was statistically significant.The whole period of the disease curative effect:experimental group:excellent 4 cases(12.12%),progress 15 cases(45.45%),effective 8 cases(24.24%),invalid 6 cases(18.18%),The whole period of the disease curative effect ?50%19 cases(57.57%),The whole period of the disease curative effect?30%27 cases(81.81%);control group:excellent 2 cases(5.88%),progress 9 cases(26.47%);effective 16 cases(47.06%),invalid 7 cases(20.59%),The whole period of the disease curative effect ? 50%were 11 cases(32.35%);The whole period of the disease curative effect ? 30%were 27 cases(79.41%).Two groups of The whole period of the disease curative effect after treatment was no significant difference.But the two groups in The whole period of the disease curative effect?50%comparison was statistically significant.The blood flow signal classification of synovitis before and after the treatment with DAS28 rating activity rises.The correlation coefficient were 0.701,0.705,respectively.The rank correlation were stronger.No statistical difference were found between two groups in safety.ConclusionThe curative effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by acupoint injection with ligustrazine combined western medicine was superior to pure western medicine treatment.The method using ultrasonic to evaluate the effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was objective and reliable.
