Objective : To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of different molecular typings of breast cancer,to study there is a difference in the expression of the related resistance genes in different molecular typings,to analyze the relationship between breast cancer and chemosensitivity of different types of breast cancer, and to provide basis for clinical chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods: The clinical data of breast cancer patients who underwent surgery in our department from January 2014 to December 2016 were collected and analyzed.156 cases of breast cancer patients with a median age of 48 years old were selected from the study. The patients were aged from 24 to 78 years old.According to the expression of ER(Estrogen Receptor),PR(Progesterone Receptor)Her-2(Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2)and Ki-67,they were divided into 4 subtypes: Luminal type A,Luminal type B,Her-2 overexpressed-type and Basal-Like type. The clinical distribution characteristics of patients with 4 kinds of molecular typing, and the correlation between clinicopathological features and molecular subtypes were compared and analyzed. At the same time, through the existing pathological data, the differential expression of thr ee ki-nds of drug resistance genes in different molecular subtypes,P-gp(P-glycoprotei-n),GST-?(Glutathione-S-Transferase-?),Topo II(Topoisomerase II)were analyzed to guide options for clinical treatment. Results : Among the 4 molecular typings of breast cancer, the distribution was as follows: Luminal type A in 67 cases(42.9%),Luminal type B(28.2%)in 44 cases,Her-2 overexpressed type in 21 cases(13.5%),type Basal-Like in 24 cases(15.4%);There was no significant difference in age distribution between molecular subtypes(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in T staging of tumor(P>0.05);Lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were significantly different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression of three kinds of resistance genes in patients with 4 molecular typings of breast cancer(P<0.05).The number of P-gp positive cases was 83,accounting for 53.2%.The positive expression rate of Luminal type P-gp was 79.5%,suggesting that it was more likely to be resistant to drugs. The expression of Basal-Like type P-gp was lower, accounting for 33.3%.GST-PI expression of this gene was relatively low in 48cases(30.8%).The expression rate of Basal-Like overexpressed type was the highest, reaching to 15 cases(62.5%).The expression rate of Luminal type A was the lowest, with a total of 12 cases(17.9%).The expression of Topo was 90cases(57.7%).Among them, the expression of Her-2 was the highest, reaching to 18 cases(85.7%).The expression of Basal-Like was the lowest, only 6 cases(29.2%).Conclusion: The molecular typing of breast cancer is closely related to the sensitivity and prognosis of clinical treatment, which can reflect the biological characteristics of breast cancer and it is of guiding significance for the selection of treatment and the prognosis of patients.
