Research basis: Based on solving the problem of field supervisor transfusion and clinical work,carried out a series of studies over the past ten years,mainly divided into two research directions,one is to solve the problem of venous puncture in field environment,developed the auxiliary device of vein puncture under field conditions,and technical indexes of field simulation test,actual combat environment the device detection and clinical application of routine tests were done,to verify the application effect of the device in the field and in the clinic,two is to solve the problem of transfusion management in field environment,developed the auxiliary device for transfusion monitoring under field conditions,and application of the device in the field simulated combat environment is completed,has preliminary validation of the application of the device in the field of research,technical indicators of the device still need detection and routine clinical application,to determine the specific The technical index was used to verify its clinical application.Objectives: In the research work tutor on the basis of research and clinical application of technical indexes for auxiliary device for transfusion monitoring under field conditions,to clear the device technology index and daily clinical effect,comprehensive tutor field test results,which are widely used in transfusion management field,public emergencies such as emergency rescue,usually hospital and ensure the transfusion safety,and provide a new way for efficient and convenient for the modern management of transfusion patients in batch.Methods: First of all,through widely consulting the domestic and foreign literature review and in-depth understanding of medical engineering related theoretical knowledge,on the basis of the "medical appliances environmental requirements and test methods","logistics equipment General requirements","tactical and technical indexes of medical electrical equipment" requirements to develop basic performance test program,test items including appearance,performance,high(low)temperature test,reliability and safety testing,vibration testing and withdraw time and other projects,the device was commissioned China people PLA General Logistics Department of health to detect technology index.The second,carrying out clinical application test research,including two parts: in vitro and clinical application.Application of in vitro for three kinds of infusion,clinical commonly used six kinds of liquid,vertical state,and different handling(swing angle bump infusion dropper at 15 degrees,30 degrees and 45 degrees),different infusion environment(open,solid wall ward)application study,observe the accuracy of monitoring and monitoring signal coverage,clinical application is mainly for patients in the wards during infusion,the average number of inspections,real nurses for bottle before the average liquid mixing time interval of the control accuracy of research and monitoring device.Results: The infusion monitoring auxiliary device has the advantages of small volume,light weight,no external power supply and convenient carrying,through the detection of technical indicators,the parameters of the test results fully meet the design and clinical work needs,in view of the commonly liquid and infusion device can be accurately monitored,single repeater in the open field and ordinary solid wall the signal coverage radius of 50,respectively,12 meters,the signal coordinator in the open,real,solid wall partition normal coverage radius 85,respectively,42 meters,The infusion monitoring terminal can accurately monitor the infusion speed when the infusion tube is less than 45 degrees.In clinical and experimental research,the experimental group and the the control group average number of inspections were real(1.31±0.47),(2.61±0.68),t = 19.09,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,changing the bottle with liquid before the average interval time Clear(3.08±0.49)min,(7.30±1.14)min,t = 41.64,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The technical indexes of the auxiliary equipment for transfusion monitoring can meet the needs of clinical work,can achieve real-time monitoring of batch transfusion information of patients,reduce the working intensity of nursing staff,ensure the patient transfusion safety objectives,transfusion safety management is suitable for all kinds of public emergencies,emergency rescue,small and medium-sized hospital emergency ward,transfusion room.
