Objective:As the fifth vital signs after body temperature,pulse,respiration and blood pressure,pain has been paid more and more attention in our country.Pain assessment is the fundamental duty of nurses,basis for the treatment of pain,Also is the premise of ensuring the quality of pain management.Evidence is the key factor to change the practice,scientific and effective evidence can effectively improve the quality of pain management,evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce medical costs,improve the efficiency of nurses.Conduct evidence-based nursing assessment practice can effectively improve the patient's treatment and nursing outcomes,improve patient satisfaction with pain treatment.Nurses are the implementers of pain assessment,and their own factors influence the development of evidence-based nursing practice.here are few studies on pain assessment of evidence-based nursing practice in China.Therefore,how to know the present situation of evidence-based nursing practice of nurses' pain assessment has become the primary concern.In view of the domestic lack of relevant research,this study combined with literature review,combined with China's cultural background,developed into a Chinese nurses assessment of pain assessment evidence-based practice evaluation tool,To evaluate the level of evidence-based nursing practice of nurses' pain assessment,to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of evidence-based nursing practice of nurses' pain assessment,and to provide reference for further research.Methods:1.By using the method of literature review,the connotation of the concept of evidence-based nursing practice related to pain assessment and pain assessment of evidence-based nursing practice content,pain assessment of evidence-based nursing related assessment tools were reviewed,finishing,grasp the pain assessment concept of evidence-based nursing practice and conceptual framework.2.Through expert consultation and semantic analysis,the initial nursing pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice questionnaire was developed.3.293 nurses were enrolled for the survey by the initial questionnaire.With the item analysis in terms of,discrimination analysis,correlation efficient,factor analysis and the internal consistency reliability,the nursing pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice questionnaire(NPAEBNPQ)was developed.4.The convenience sampling was used in the survey to analysis the data of current status and the influence factors of nurses' pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice.Results:1.The concept of Pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice was defined.The concept framework of Pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice was established.The relevant instruments were analysed.2.Experts consultation results showed I-CVI was 0.78 or above,and semantic analysis showed the scores was 4 or above,and then initial NPAEBNPQ was generated.3.As a result of the item analysis and factor analysis,the five-factor solution explaining 70.68% of the common variance,the final version of NPAEBNPQ was composed of 26 items and five dimensions(pain screening?comprehensive pain assessment?communication with patients and their families in pain assessment?pain reassessment?selection and recording of pain assessment tools).The choices were rated by Likert-5.The total score was 130,and the higher the score,the better evidence-based nursing practice of Pain assessment.The Cronbach's ? for the global NPAEBNPQ is 0.95,and retest reliability is 0.90.4.Findings showed nurses' pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice was proved to be the upper level.The highest score was comprehensive pain assessment,while the lowest was communication with patients and their families in pain assessment.There influence factors were work place,work department,age,engaged in nursing work years,educational background,professional ranks and titles,pain nursing training,the department classified pain as a fifth vital sign,5.the department established pain care regulations or norms.Conclusion:The NPAEBNPQ was proved to be reliable and valid,and it can be used in assessing nurses' pain assessment evidence-based nursing practice.
