Impacts On Movement Function Of Stroke Patients In Recovery Phase Treated With Motor Imagery Combined With Acupuncture

ObjectiveThrough the comparative study on the general rehabilitation based on motor imagery therapy combined with acupuncture and acupuncture treatment for stroke recovery period of clinical effect in patients with motor dysfunction,the mechanism of motor imagery therapy combined with acupuncture treatment of stroke recovery of motor dysfunction were investigated,for the treatment of this disease to search for a more effective and convenient method,and get results the conclusion of this research and provide reliable clinical basis for further research and clinical application.MethodsWe meet the criteria for inclusion in this study 62 cases of stroke convalescence patients with simple randomized method were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases),two groups of patients were treated with two primary prevention of stroke,including the treatment of hypertension,diabetic dyslipidemia and other underlying diseases,and give the general rehabilitation stroke rehabilitation training according to the guidelines,including speech swallowing training and exercise therapy,occupational therapy and physiotherapy.The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,the main points:Neiguan(PC 6),Shuigou(DU 6),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Jiquan(HT 1),Chize(LU 5),commission,and according to the patient's neurological function,dialectical point selection,the use of reinforcing reducing techniques,for 30min,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of acupuncture during the movement to imagine training,two groups were treated 1 times every day,every week for 6 days,1 days off,a total of 4 weeks of treatment,assessment before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment of the modified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA),Berg balance scale and modified Barthel index(MBI).Finally,the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.ResultsThe treatment group and the control group in the treatment of the general situation of comparison:the treatment group and control group in age,gender,duration and other general information by comparison,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment group and control group were generally consistent,comparable.Comparison between treatment group and control group before treatment:treatment group and control group,two groups of patients before treatment,the modified Fugl-Meyer scale,Berg balance scale and modified Barthel index(MBI)score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),that before treatment,treatment group and control group two groups of patients were comparable.The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment:after 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group of two patients with modified Fugl-Meyer scale,Berg balance scale and modified Barthel index(MBI)were assessed and compared before treatment,score were improved,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between treatment group and control group after treatment between the two groups:the treatment group in the modified Fugl-Meyer scale and modified Barthel index(MBI)score,with significant difference,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the Berg balance scale score,no significant difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionIn summary,based on the general rehabilitation on motor imagery training combined with acupuncture(treatment group)and acupuncture(control group)were recovered patients with obvious curative effect on the treatment of stroke,can improve limb motor function in patients,balance ability and ability of daily life,but the motor imagery training with acupuncture in improving limb movement function and daily the ability of living,better than simple acupuncture therapy.The mechanism may be that acupuncture can promote the operation of local effect,and with motor imagery training,activate the related brain regions,passive treatment to patients with sub jective intention,and synergistic effect of acupuncture,in order to enhance the curative effect.
