Observation On Curative Effect Of Early Application Of The Jieqi Capusle After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the Jieqi Capusle treatment of early local symptoms and joint function,through observing the dynamic changes of the circumference of affected limb,pain VAS score,skin temperature and serum C-reactive protein related to inflammation index after primary total knee arthroplasty because of knee osteoarthritis,then we can provide the basis for better guide clinical treatment.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria of medical cases,we choose 70 patients who have been hospitalized in Quanzhou Orthopedics-Traumatology Hospital and have undergone unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty because of serious knee osteoarthritis during August 2015 to October 2016 in our study.General information including sex,age,body mass index,and the abnormal knee were recorded.Reference to random number table,patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,respectively in each group 35 cases.The control group were treated with taking celecoxib capsules oral and countious femoral nerve block aiming at achieving anti-inflammatory and acesodyne effects.The treatment group were given the conventional treatment combined with taking the Jieqi Capusle after surgery,for two weeks.We respectively observed and recorded the knee pain VAS scores of activities,circumference of affected lower limb,knees skin temperature,serum CRP on the preoperative 1 day and postoperative 1,3,7,14 days.Observe and record two groups of knee joint function of HSS score on the preoperative 1 day and postoperative 3,7,14 days.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to conduct and analyze the research data,then drawing the conclusion.The results were considered significant at P<0.05.Results:1.Total 70 patients were concluded in our study.Three cases fell out of the treatment group and two cases fell out of the control group.Finally,65 patients finished the clinical observation,with the falling rate of 6.1%.2.The treatment group and control group of VAS scores,lower limb circumference,skin temperature,CRP,HSS scores in their contrast before and after the treatment are statistically different(P<0.05).VAS scores,the lower limb circumference and serum CRP between the two groups were no statistical difference on preoperative 1 day and postoperative.1 day(P>0.05),and 3,7 days after surgery were statistically different(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference on postoperative 14 day(P>0.05).The healthy side skin temperature on preoperative 1 day and postoperative 1,3,7,14 days were no statistical difference(P>0.05).The diseased side skin temperature preoperative 1 day and postoperative 1 day were nostatistical difference(P>0.05),and were statistically significant on postoperative 3,7,14 days(P<0.05).Knee joint HSS scores were no statistical difference on preoperative 1 day(P>0.05),and were statistically significant on postoperative 3,7,14 days(P<0.05).3.During the treatment process,65 patients who had completed the clinical observation did not have any adverse events.Conclusion:The Jieqi capsule can remission the early local symptoms,such as limb swelling,pain,skin temperature rise higher after total knee arthroplasty.The curative effect is accurate.There was important clinical significance in promoting early joint function recovery.
