Clinical Research Yiyuantongbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Type Of Constipation Owing The Pelvic Floor Dyssynergia

Objective:The aims of this research are observing the clinical curative effects about yiyuantongbi decoction in the treatment of patients who were suffering from qi deficiency type of constipation owing the pelvic floor dyssynergia.Methods:Randomly divided the inclusion criteria of 90 patients with constipation into the treatment group and control group 1,group 2 which included 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated only with yiyuantongbi decoction.The control group 1 was just given biofeedback therapy.The control group 2 was treated with the combination of yiiyuantongbi decoction and biofeedback therapy.After all the subjects of the three groups received three weeks'treatment,compared with the corresponding symptoms of constipation,the anorectal pressure changes,and the situation of defecation in 2 weeks and 4weeks respectively after treatment,as well as after statistical analysis,the conclusion was drawn.Results:The research of 90 cases were completed.Got on a comparable analysis before the treatment of three groups,their differences had not statistical significance(P>0.05),the specific results of this research are as follows:(1)The comparison of three groups about the total curative effects:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 76.67%;the total efficiency of the control group 1 was 66.67%;the total efficiency of the control group 2 was 86.67%.There were significant differences between the total curative effects of three groups(P<0.05),The total curative effects of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1.Then the efficacy of the control group 2 was significantly higher than the treatment group and the control group 1.(2)The integral results that about the severity of constipation:All the three groups were improved about the defecation laborious,defecation time each toilet,defecation helper methods,the frequency of empty defecation,the shape of faeces(P<0.05).In addition the treatment group and the control group 2 were better than the control group 1 in the nature of faeces(P<0.05);defecation frequency and abdominal pain and distention in the treatment group and the control group 2(P<0.05),but the control group 1 did not(P>0.05);both of the control groups improved in the feeling of endless defecate and the anal pendant expansion(P<0.05),but the treatment group did not(P>0.05).(3)The integration results of qi deficiency symptoms which were graded to be the standard and quantized table:There were obviously improvements for the treatment group and the control group 2 in the integration results(P<0.05),and their integration results were similar(P>0.05);However the control group 1 did not(P>0.05).(4)The integral results that about the anorectal pressure:In the anal canal resting pressure,rectal resting pressure,anal canal maximum systolic blood pressure,the initial feeling threshold value,rectal defecation threshold,rectal maximum tolerance,the treatment group and control group 1 and 2 were improved significantly(P<0.05),And the control group 1,2 is better than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).(5)The integral results that about the severity of constipation after treatment:2 weeks later,the treatment group and control group 2 on defecation frequency,defecation laborious,abdominal pain and distention,the nature of faeces were superior to control group 1(P<0.05);On the endless defecate,fall bilge feeling,control group 1,2 are still better than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks,the treatment group and control group 2 in defecation frequency,defecation time each toilet,abdominal pain and distention,defecation helper methods,the frequency of empty defecation,the nature of faeces were superior to control group 1(P<0.05);on the feeling of endless defecate and the anal pendant expansion,three groups of no too big difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiyuantongbi decoction treated on the qi deficiency type of constipation owing the pelvic floor dyssynergia is safe and effective.2.Yiyuantongbi decoction treats on the qi deficiency type of constipation owing the pelvic floor dyssynergia,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with constipation and the qi deficiency symptoms.3.Yiyuantongbi decoction in short-term anorectal pressure results is not obvious better than biofeedback therapy,But in improving the symptoms of patients with constipation and the 4 weeks after the treatment is remarkable curative effect.4.Yiyuantongbi decoction with biofeedback therapy treated on the qi deficiency type of constipation owing the pelvic floor dyssynergia have a distinct effect,which curative effect is superior to the yiyuantongbi decoction and the biofeedback therapy alone,and found no adverse reaction.This is a kind of clinical curative effect good combine traditional chinese and western medicine treatment.
