Objective:Observing the effect of chimuxiji washing combined with articular in-jection of PRP treating anterior cruciate ligament laxity.Method:To observe the effect of chimuxiji washing combined with articular inje-ction of PRP treating anterior cruciate ligament laxity,42cases of anterior cruciate li-gament laxity in the Wendeng Shandong province of osteopathic hospital bone and jo-int departments from2012June to2013October were collected.A prospective contro-lled clinical case study was carried out for42cases of anterior cruciate ligament la-xity.According to case inclusion criteria,42patients were randomly divided into the chimuxiji Washing com-bined with articular injection of PRP group (The A group),the articular injection of PRP alone group (The B group),and the autologous semitendi-nosus and gracilis tendon reconstruction group (The C group). The A group were given one injection of PRP in arthroscopic to the anterior cruciate ligament and chimuxiji wasing combined two courses of the six knee joint cavity injection of PRP postopera-tive. The B group were given were given one injection of PRP in arthroscopic to the anterior cruciate ligament and two courses of the six knee joint cavity injection of PRP postoperative. The C group was given the autologous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon reconstruction. The knee stability and function of the three groups were obse-rved after treatment.Using ADT and Lachman test to evaluate the stability of the knee. Evaluated knee fu-nction changes by IKDC score and the Lysholmknee score table. USing SPSS18.0statistical software for analysis.Measurement data with-x±s,the speci-fic method is:data with normal distribution, homogeneity of variancewere compared pair wise using One-Way ANOVA test;does not comply with normal ornormal distribution,h eterogeneity of variance using non-parametric tests.Count data using x2test.Test level with a=0.05.Results:General:Some patients in the A group when applied chimuxiji appeared knee skin redness, itching and other symptoms that can endure. There was no pain, skin ulcers and other symptoms. The patients of A and B group felt pain after intra-arti- cular injection of PRP, no swelling, fever, relieve itself. All patients of the three group were not infected. The A and B groupdid not occur anterior cruciate ligament rupture. The C group did not appeared complicatirons of graft rupture, infection, neurovascular injury.Knee stability and function score situations:There was statistically significant be-tween the change of the three groups preoperative and postoperative in ADT,Lachman, IKDC and Lysholm score(P<0.05).The knee stability and function of the three groups had been improved. There was statistically significant between the three groups in ADT, Lachman,IKDC and Lysholm score postoperative(P<0.05). There was no statistically si-gnificant between A and C groups in knee stability and function(P>0.05). The knee stability and function of A and C group was significantly improved compared with the B group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant of the Lysholm score grade be-tween the three groups postoperative(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant be-tween A and C group in the Lysholm score grade(P>0.05).The the Lysholm score grade of A and C group was significantly improved compared with the B group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in clinical efficacy between the A and C gro-up. The clinical efficacy of A and C group was significantly better than the B group. Conclusion:The treatment of chimuxiji washing combined with articular injection of PRP is effective, less invasive, and low cost, suitable for clinical conduct.
