Study On Tao Jiean's Academic Thought Of Treatise On Febrile Diseases

ObjectionTao Jiean,for the Ming Dynasty famous doctor,author of "typhoid six books" and so on.Tao has had an important impact on the treatment of typhoid fever in later generations,and the prescriptions are still used in clinical practice today.However,in recent years,the study on the Tao's academic thinking are very few,and mostly brief introdctions,did not conduct in-depth discussions.This study summarizes Tao's life and works by Studying relevant historical records and bibliographic literatures.Through the study of his work,I summarized the Tao's theory of typhoid fever and his treatment experiences.Through the study the books of the related physicians,I explained the origin of his thoughts and the influence on later generations.I hope this research is helpful for the academic discussion on the typhoid academic thought of Tao jiean and guide the clinical benefit.Method1.Use the ancient literature research methods,check the relevant history books,local records and bibliography,study of the life and works of Tao.Such as Ming Dynasty,Zhejiang Annals,Hangzhou City Records,Yuhang County Records,Ancient And Modern Medical History" and other history books and Local Records,and Medical Examination,Medical bibliography,QianQingTang Bibliography,Medical Reading Records and other bibliographybooks.2.Throughout study the Tao' Six Books on Typhoid Fever,and his other works,summed up Tao Jiean' special academic thoughts on Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Reading related books,such as Nanyang Living Book writed by Zhu Gongs,Medical Back To Source writed by Wang Lv,Solve Doubts On Six books On Typhoid Fever writed by Tong Yangxue,ShangHanBuTianShi and so on,clarify the origin of Tao's academic thought.3.Using the database query method.The article examines the discussion of Tao Jiean's thoughts,including periodicals and dissertations,and comprehensively understands the domestic research on the topic.ResultsI has summarized the life and writings of Tao by studying the history books and bibliography about Tao Jiean.Through the study of his work,I summarized the Tao's theory of typhoid fever and his treatment experiences.Through the study the books of the related physicians,I explained the origin of his thoughts and the influence on later generations.ConclusionsTao inherited the Song and Yuan Dynasties style of study,mainly inherit Zhu Gong,Wang Lv,Simultaneously Learned the Song Jin and Yuan Dynasties Medical scientists' discussions.On the Treatment of typhoid fever.Former physicians advocated heal due to time.On the theory of Meridian Pass,Tao believes that the Yin Meridian Symptoms should be divided into Meridian Pass and the Straight In,Meridian Pass lead to heat symptoms,Straight In lead to cold symptoms.Tao refuted the theory that disease pass a meridian inthe number of days,he only Accordings to symptoms and pulse.He in accordance with the theory of the BiaoBenZhongQi,explain the diseases of the Six Meridians.He Created a way on Pulse diagnosis,just Diagnosis the pulse by hand with gently strength moderate strength and Heavy strength.He summed up the diagnostic criteria of the diseases of the Six Meridians.He also studied the laws of Creating prescription of Zhang Zhongjing,but not just use these prescriptions.And created a lot of effective prescriptions which are still used clinically.Tao has had a significant impact on later physicians such as Wu Shou,Ge Cunju,Tong Yangxue,Zhang Jingyue,Sun Yikui,Zhao Xianke,Min Qingzhi and Li Zhongzi.This study fills the gaps in the study of Tao's theory of typhoid fever.
