An Analysis Of Zhongjing's Academic Thought Of "Protecting Body Fluid" In Treatise On Febrile Diseases

Zhong Jing's "protecting body fluid " is not a specific method of treatment,but as a treatment thought to implement the whole Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which is one of Zhong jing's main academic ideas.Based on the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,supplemented by the comments of medical doctors on Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this paper analyzes and arranges the relevant articles of Treatise on Febrile Diseases caused by abnormal body fluid.With the method of literature study,this article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal fluid(mistreatment,constitution,pathological factors of the six meridians),symptoms of body fluid lesions(thirst,delirium,defecation,urination),treatment methods of body fluid lesions(heat clearing and fluid protection method,reconciling and distribution method,eliminating pathogenic factors and fluid protection method,etc.)and treatment prescriptions one by one,and clarifies the application of "protecting body fluid" thought in the theory,principle of treatment,prescription and medicine,together with decoction application in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.This article explores the important significance and clinical value of Zhong jing's academic ideas of "protecting body fluid",hoping to provide research basis for the development of Yin nourishing theory and epidemic febrile diseases,and provide theoretical guidance for clinical differentiation and treatment.
