ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to clarify the spread of version?reference works and editing characteristics of shanghanxuanlu.Finding wangji's academic thought and influence on the future in this book.MethodsRetrieving the relevant papers in CNKI,consulting relevant books in Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine and arranging shanghanxuanlu from its situation of recording and editing and its writing styles.We also research its content and main features and academic contributions.Expounding the issues related to a variety of literature on his excerpt involved elaborate.Inducting and summaring the related academic thoughts and analysising the academic connotation and impact on future generations.ResultsShanghanxuanlu published in March in the Ming Jiajing bingshen year(1536),China has not seen its spread.Carving copy of jingxiantang in Ming Wanli three years(1575)is the only copy extant.Until July 2002,China ancient books press is published this edition.So this book is expected in China.shanghanxuanlu is a compile book and its main content is that successive dynasties doctors annotating shanghanlun's main ideas.According to Statistics,shanghanliushu by taohua is the maximum number of collection.shanghanleizeng,shanghanyunyao,Yijing suhuiji,yujiweiyi followed closely.The physicians view is compiled most is Wu shou,Zhangjianshan followed closely Wangji's academic thoughts reflected in the notes.The book is to "yuan" filling 29(article).There are 7 places in which "yuwei" are added.These notes disperse in 2 to volume seven and involved fever,headache,cough,and many other diseases.The author divides it into three categories.In theend,the authors thinks that it is widely adopted for typhoid fever to learn and organize all said and easy to see.For febrile diseases,he set up a special rich syndrome of epidemic febrile disease,the treatment of epidemic febrile disease and put forward the treatment of febrile disease according to the principle of differentiation.For prescription pharmacy,wangji records 252 prescription in shanghanlun,Addendum 30 prescriptions of typhoid fever,20 prescriptions of pregnant women.10 postpartum prescriptions,17 prescriptions of children.Arranging the meridian,effect,method of use of the 196 kinds of drugs.ConclusionShanghanxuanlu has some effects for typhoid fever,febrile disease,prescription pharmacy,enriching the study of typhoid studies and Xin'an doctors,and also provides valuable materials for clinical treatment of modern Chinese medicine.
