Systemization And Study The Academic Thought And Clinic Experiences Of Taiwan Physician,Dr.Huang Zheng Chang

Dr.Huang Zheng-chang is an apprenticeship doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.He has served as chairman of many medical associations and is a well-known doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Taiwan.He is one of the few traditional Chinese medicine medical models that coexist in traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacies and clinics.He has special experience in the treatment of many diseases.Many patients have been troubled by pain for a long time,and have been improved under the careful treatment of Dr.Huang.To be a good doctor must have its unique thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is worth exploring.Under the guidance of the instructor,this study collects and collates the experience and original experience of Dr.Huang Zheng-chang in diagnosis and treatment,and refers to the valuable clinical cases accumulated by Dr.Huang Zheng-chang over the years to study the treatment characteristics and medication rules of the medical records.Dr.Huang's learning process,academic origin,experience in diagnosis and treatment,and unique clinical experience were recorded by videotape and recording,and then collected for reference by the same profession of traditional Chinese medicine.This article is divided into six parts,the specific research content covers as follows:(1)Dr.Huang Zheng-chang's brief introduction and research reasons,(2)Dr.Huang Zheng-chang's academic thought characteristics,(3)Dr.Huang Zheng-chang's thinking mode of clinical treatment,(4)liver and gallbladder disease diagnosis and treatment and clinical case analysis,(5)liver-protecting and stomach-calming thought diagnosis and treatment and clinical case analysis,(6)learning from Dr.Huang Zhengchang' s academic thought of clinical practice etc.Under the framework of TCM theory,Dr.Huang' s academic thoughts include comprehensive thinking of holistic view,the concept of four diagnostic methods,the combination of disease and syndrome,and the concept of treating symptoms and symptoms at the same time.He emphasized the harmony of yin and yang,and believed that modern Chinese medicine,preferably both Chinese and Western medicine,should be proficient in knowledge.To be a qualified doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,we should take middle school as the basis of Western medicine,western medicine as a flexible examination tool,Chinese medicine as the corresponding medicinal materials according to different types of evidence,and know the limit of curative effect and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.In addition to regular medicines,he also uses Taiwanese native medicines and insect medicines to treat diseases.Therefore,he has a broader help for the treatment of patients.Dr.Huang Zheng-chang attaches great importance to visiting doctors,especially to looking at the eyes,and observing the ups and downs of patients' color in his thinking mode of treating diseases.His thought of syndrome differentiation is based on Yin and Yang,and the way of complementary Yin and Yang is used for the combination of multiple causes and diseases.He paid special attention to the thought of protecting liver and calming stomach,because liver and gallbladder are most closely related to spleen and stomach.Dr.Huang Zheng-chang has studied the liver for many years,and has a lot of experience in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases.Based on the syndrome differentiation of Yin and Yang,and evidence-based treatment based on "protecting liver,calming stomach and detoxification",he gave priority to protecting liver and promoting gallbladder in the treatment of inactive hepatitis,mainly protecting liver,invigorating spleen and strengthening the body,supplemented by detoxification,and supplemented by detoxification in active hepatitis,supplemented by protecting liver,invigorating spleen and strengthening the body.In prescribing medicines,Dr.Huang Zheng-chang used not only regular herbal medicines,but also Taiwan' s famous folk prescriptions,such as the use of Taiwan's native medicinal herbs Yexia Zhu to treat hepatitis,snake gall to treat jaundice and so on.For the treatment of viral hepatitis,hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis,different treatment methods and diagnosis and treatment cases are put forward for the reference of physicians.In addition,he suggested that the six M theory should be applied to the prevention of liver preservation.In addition to enumerating the relevant cases of viral hepatitis,the paper also enumerates ten cases of liver-protecting and stomach-calming thought.For example:1.sequelae of stroke,2.cockfighting eyes,3.oil wind,4.urticaria,5.insomnia,6.myasthenia gravis,7.rheumatoid arthritis,8.allergic rhinitis,9.mumps,10.influenza and other syndrome differentiation and treatment methods and cases.The clinical practice of learning Dr.Huang Zheng-chang's academic thought includes:1.stomachache;2.constipation;3.female dysmenorrhea;4.female illness.In the appendix,there are precious photographs of Dr.Huang Zheng-chang' s personal experience and his academic achievements.This study is the first to collect and summarize Huang Zheng-chang's academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of disease?In order to clarify the effectiveness and safety of Huang Zheng-chang' s treatment of diseases and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of diseases,the comparison between Huang Zheng-chang' s treatment and other methods was discussed.At the end of the study,we will write relevant reviews and papers published in domestic journals,summarize effective treatment methods through this study,provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize the information to be permanently preserved,and then promote publicity,so as to guide clinical practice.
