Clinical Observation On 60 Cases Of Nerve Root Edema After TLIF Operation By Utilizing Yiqitongluo Preparation

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of two groups of patients who get xxx lumbar disc herniation after TILF operation to restore the nerve root edema,and to explore the effectiveness of the method of tonifying qi and dredging collaterals to treat nerve root edema after TLIF operation.Method: This subject adopts system retrospective study method,in accordance with the inclusive standard,selecting the patients from the First Affiliated Hospital department two of orthopedics of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2015 to March 2016.A total of 60 cases of patients underwent TILF operation,in accordance with the principle of randomization,were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),which two groups of patients after conventional treatment used Sodium Aescinate,dexamethasone for 7 days and then gradually reduced the dose.The treatment group were treated by yiqitongluo agent based on the control group.After third days,the seventh day and the fourteenth day,the pain improvement of the patients in the two groups were observed,and the levels of 5-HT and PGE2 in the patients of the two groups were observed on the third day,the seventh day and the day after operation.Results: the VAS score: third days after operation,VAS score showed that the two groups of patients with pain degree was not statistically significant(P>0.05),that effect between treatment group and control group about the use of yiqi tongluo agent is not obvious after TLIF;after seven days and two weeks of treatment group and control group VAS scores have statistical significance(P<0.05),description yiqitongluo method in the treatment of TLIF postoperative nerve root edema recovery in curative effect,can relieve pain and improve limb activity in patients with. 5-HT,PG E2: third days after operation(P>0.05),independent samples T test has showed 5-serotonin and prostaglandin E2 in the serum of patients with the two groups,(P>0.05),that their comparison was not statistically significant;after seventh days and two weeks,independent samples T test 5-HT,prostaglandin E2 two patients in serum(P<0.05),the results showed that the two groups had significant difference,compared with statistical significance.Conclusion: TLIF surgery using yiqitongluo method for replenishing qi and blood,dredging the meridian therapy for recovery of nerve root edema after operation,has a certain curative effect of local nerve root inflammation subsided and postoperative side body and local feeling,improvement activities.The application of traditional Chinese medicine compound granule can make the patients with TLIF to get a better activity score,and the traditional Chinese medicine compound granule is safe and effective.
