| Objective:This method by comparing the efficacy of Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion and baclof en on stroke spastic paralysis in rats,screening out a more reasonable,safe and effective treatment.And improved by Ashworth on the ipsilateral quadriceps muscle tension assess ment and plasma GABA content changes,to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion on spastic paralysis,For the clinical treatment of stroke spasmodic paralysis to provide experimental basis.Methods:There were sixty healthy male SPF grade SD rats aged from Mar April,after a week of adaptive feeding began experiment.Modeling method with reported suture method and to improve modeling.Rats were randomly divided into blank group(n=10)and model group(n=50).The model group was modeled and twenty-eight rats were successfully modeled.And randomized group method(using computer random number method),divided into model group(n=10),treatment group(n=9),control group(n=9).Blank group does not do modeling and any treatment,to be normal feeding;Model group without any treatment,to be normal feeding;Treatment group to Fuyang passmoxibustion,election Baihui,FengFu,DaZhui,ZhiYang,to the acupuncture,the use of moxibustion,once a day,every twe nty minutes each time,seven days for a course of treatment,each treatment between the rest day,a total of three courses of treatment;The control group was fed with baclofen,given 9.6mg/kg baclofen in 2ml normal saline,once a day,seven days for a course of treatment,each treatment between the rest day,a total of three courses of treatment.Before and after treatment and treatment of SD rats with ipsilateral quadriceps Ashworth assessment,And the content of GABA in plasma was measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:1.Muscle Tension comparison:(1)Before and after treatment,the rat in each group were compared,compared with before treatment,after treatment,the muscle tension of thetreatment group was decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significa nt(P<0.05).compared with before treatment,After treatment,the muscle tension of the control group was significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).compared with before treatment,After treatment,There was no significant difference in the muscle tension of the model group(P>0.05).Indicating that Fuyang pass moxibustion,baclofen can effectively reduce the tension of rat muscle tension,can effectively relieve stroke rats Spasticity.(2)The muscle tension of each group was compared before treatment,compared with the blank group,the difference of the muscle tension between the treatment group,the control group and the model group was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the muscle tension between the treatmen t group,the control group and the model group(P>0.05).Suggesting no difference in the muscle tension between the treatment group,the control group and the model group before treatment.(3)The muscle tension of each group was compared after treatment,compared with the model group,the muscle tension of the treatment group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the muscle tension of the control group was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the muscle tension between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05),indicating that Fuyang pass moxibustion,baclofen to improve the effect of stroke in rats with muscle tension quite.The results suggest that Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion and baclofen can effectively improve the tension of rats in stroke rats,relieve the spasticity of stroke rats.2.Comparison of GABA levels:(1)Before and after treatment,the levels of serum GABA in the rats were compared,the treatment group was compared with before treatmen t Serum GABA content was significantly increased,The difference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05),Before and after treatment in the control group,Serum GABA content did not change significantly,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after treatment in the model group,Serum GABA content did not change Significantly,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It is suggested that the moxibustion of Fuyang pass can cause the increase of serum GABA content in stroke rats.(2)Th e levels of serum GABA in the rats before treatment were compared,compared with the blank group,the levels of serum GABA in the model group,the treatment group and the control group decreased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in serum GABA between the model group,the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Indicating that the serum GABA content decreased after stroke.(3)After treatment,the serum GABA content in each group was compared,compar ed with the model group,the serum GABA content in the treatment group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the serum GABA Level between the control group and the control group(P>0.05);comp ared with the control group,the serum GABA content in the treatment group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that Fuyang Tong dumoxibustion could improve the serum GABA content in stroke rats more effectively than baclofen.The results suggest that Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion can effectively promote the increase of serum GABA content in stroke patients with spastic paralysis.Conclusion:1.Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion can effectively reduce therat after the spasm of the spasm of muscle tension,improve its spasm state..2.Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion can effectively promote the stroke of spastic paralys is in rats plasma GABA content increased,which may be one of the mechanisms of Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion to improve the state of spasticity in stroke rats. |
