Objective:Through the study of clinical cases,to evaluate the acupuncture treatment of the syndrome of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)clinical curative effect evaluation.According to IBS-SSS scale,the clinical curative effect of abdominal pain and diarrhea frequency scale comprehensive objective assessment of acupuncture treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with the syndrome.Through various types of acupuncture treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.To demonstrate the validity and advantage.TMethods:according to Professor Xu,Jing fan's clinical experience in the diagnosis and Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in 2010,69 cases were divided into groups.Can be divided into liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and dampness heat syndrome,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome.26 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,spleen wet syndrome in 14 cases,12 cases of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome and 17 cases of spleen stomach damp heat.The scores of clinical symptoms were compared between the 4 groups before and after treatment.The course of treatment was eighteen times,total of six weeks,three times week.Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Results:the clinical effect of each syndrome type diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome has statistical significance.(P<0.05)the total effective rate of acupuncture in the treatment of the disease is 80%Conclusion:acupuncture can be effective in the treatment of patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and has the advantages of overall regulation.At the end of acupuncture treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly improved.Abdominal pain,abdominal distension and diarrhea were significantly improved,the number of Abdominal pain,abdominal distension and diarrhea were decreased.Acupuncture can significantly reduce the symptoms,improve the quality of life and make patients more physically and mentally healthy.
