| Objective:We observe some coagulation index,IL-1β and TNF-a in malignant tumor patients and general situation,size of tumor.survival rate.IL-1β and NF-kB in Lewis lung cancer nude mice.to explore the possible mechanism of grain-sized moxibustion in hypercoagulability of malignant tumor.Method:(1)55 patients diagnosed with malignant solid tumors were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(27 cases)and control group(28 cases).Then give the anticancer drug treatment to both of the groups.treatment group also moxibusted the zu san li point.The treatments were given once a day,once 10 days for a period.After two periods treatment,the indicators of patients such as coagulation index,IL-1β and TNF-α were observed.(2)30 male BALB/c nude mice were randomly divided into three groups:model group.treatment group and control group,each group of 10.Control group was a blank control group,the other groups were both hypodermic injected with Lewis tumor cell suspension,Simultaneously treatment group moxibusted the hou san li point for ten days,once a day.Expression levels of IL-1β was detected by ELISA.Expression levels of NF-kB in tumor tissues was determined by western blot.The general situation,size of tumor,survival rate were observed.Results:1.Clinical trial results showed:(1)Before treatment,IL-1β had negative correlation with PT,APTT,and had positive correlation with FIB.D-D.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TNF-α had negative correlation with APTT,PT,and positive correlation with FIB,D-D.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatmemt,APTT.PT were higher,FIB.PLT decreased in 2 groups.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group was better than control group in increasing PT and decreasing PLT,FIB,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Simultaneously D-D decreased in treatment group.the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)After treatmemt,IL-1β,TNF-α in treatment group decreased,TNF-α in control group increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group was better than control group in decreasing IL-1p,TNF-α,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Animal experimental results showed:There was no significant difference in weight and survival rate between the treatment group and the model group(P>0.05).In the aspect of tumor size,treatment group was smaller than that in model group after eighth days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of the expression of IL-1β and NF-kB,treatment group and model group was higher than control group,and treatment group was lower than model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grain-sized moxibustion can adjust coagulation function and improve the hypercoagulability of patients with cancer,which might be associated with regulating the inflammatory microenvironment of the tumor by inducing the expression of IL-1β,TNF-α.Grain-sized moxibustion can improve the general situation,reduce mortality and inhibit tumor growth and improve the hypercoagulability of Lewis lung cancer nude mice,which might be associated with regulating the inflammatory microenvironment of the tumor by inhibiting the activation of IL-1β/NF-kB signaling pathway. |
