Clinical Research Of Jianpi Huashi Decoction To Treated In Patients With Pixu Shizu Type Of Obesity

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of Jianpi Huashi Decoction treated in patients with Pixu Shizu Type of Obesity in Traditionnal Chinese Medicine(TCM),and to provide new ideas and methods for the Chinese medicine treatment of obesity.Methods 60 patients with Type Pixu Shizu Obesity,were treated in Tongli Hospital and Qingyun Central Hospital from January 1,2016-December 31,2016 were selected as study object.All the patients were up to standard of?Standard of diagnosis and curative effect evaluation in Simple obesity?and?Chinese adult overweight and obesity prevention and control guidelines(trial)?,all the patients were divided into the control group and treatment group according to the random number table.Each group contained 30 cases.The control group patients were only guided with healthy lifestyle intervention,including diet intervention and exercise guidance intervention,and the treatment group patients plus with strengthen spleen resolving dampness decoction on the basis of treatment on the control group.The prescription composition:Shengbaizhu15g,Fuling 10g,Jiangbanxia 10g,Chenpi 10g,Jiaogulan 10g,Zexie 10g,Zhishi 10g,Guizhi 10g,Juemingzi 10g,Shengshanzha 15g,Heye 10g,Chaogancao 10g.The 200ml of final decoction dose was decocting from the herb in prescription with 500ml of water,and divide into two copies as 100ml.Advising the treatment group to take the decoction half an hour after breakfast and lunch.Continuous treatment for 2 months in two groups of patients.Compared the scores of clinical symptoms,weight,BMI,fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference,abdominal circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,WHQOL-BREF before treatment to after.To observe the change of the liver and kidney function,blood fat index,the adverse reactions occurrence of digestive system and clinical curative effect in the two group patients before and after treatment.Results ?he tiredness,heavy feeling of limb,less urine,anorexia,abdominal bloating,thin stool and other clinical symptom scores of the two groups before the treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The clinical symptom scores were significantly improved in the two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.05).And the tiredness,heavy feeling of limb,less urine,anorexia,abdominal bloating,thin stool and other clinical symptom scores in the treatment group patients were significantly lower than control group after treatment at the same period(P<0.05).?The body weight,BMI,fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference,abdominal circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of two groups of patients had no significant statistical difference before the treatment(P>0.05).The body weight,BMI,fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference,abdominal circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of two groups of patients decreased obviously after treatmen(P<0.05),and the body weight,BMI,fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference,abdominal circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of treatment group were lower than control group after treatment at the same period(P<0.05).?Before the treatment,two groups of patients in the field of physiological,psychological,social relations and environmental about WHQOL-BREF rating scale projects and scale total score have no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment with different intervention,two groups of patients' WHQOL-BREF rating were significantly heightening(P<0.05).And after treatment,the treatment group patients' physiological,psychological,social relations and environmental field score and WHQOL-BREF rating were higher than control group at the same period(P<0.05).?The level of liver function index about alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)and kidney function index about uric acid,creatinine of two groups of patients had no significant statistical difference before the treatment(P>0.05),which could be compared.Two groups of patients' liver and kidney function index levels were had no obviously influence after treatment with different intervention(P>0.05).?The level of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)of two groups of patients had no significant statistical difference before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment the TG,TC,LDL level of two groups of patients decreased obviously(P<0.05),and the HDL level increased obviously(P<0.05).The level of TG?TC?LDL of the treatment group were lower than control group after treatment at the same period(P<0.05),and the HDL level was significantly higher(P<0.05).?In the course of treatment,the patients of two groups both have mild discomfort such as dizziness,flustered and insomnia.And the adverse reactions of treatment group patients were obviously lower than the control group patients(P<0.05).The adverse reactions were not handled,and no one patient leave and exit in the course of treatment.?The efficiency and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than the control group remarkablely after treatment(P<0.05),and the inefficiency was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huashi Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect with obesity in pixu shizu type.It could improve patient's clinical symptom scores and blood lipids index levels obviously.Which is also helpful to lose weight,improve the quality of life of patients.This study was capable of proving the adorable clinical effectiveness and safety of Jianpi Huashi Decoction in the treatment of Type Pixu Shizu Obesity.
