pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a common capillary allergic disease, are caused by a variety of reasons the increase in capillary wall permeability of capillaries breadth inflammation, clinical manifestations of skin purpura were symmetry distribution, mostly in lower extremities, at the same time see with joint pain, gastrointestinal symptoms and kidney damage performance, accompanied by a small number of children, such as angioneurotic edema.Was particularly prevalent in children over the age of 3, in particular, are more common in preschool children. Four Seasons may be the pathogenesis of this disease, with incidence of most of spring and autumn. In recent years, Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children's prevalence rate has increased the trend. This paper reviews the past 10 years Chinese Medicine Treatment of this disease, the use of Huashi Qi, Qi of self Jianpi Huashi Xiaoban soup for Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Clinical observation convalescence. Observation Methods: 60 cases of anaphylactoid purpura in children recovering from the experimental group was divided into 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group, experimental group self-Huashi Xiaoban Decoction side, the application of the control group Taohong Siwu Decoction side 3 weeks after the clinical observation of efficacy were compared between two groups.
