Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Medical Social Work Professional Service

The advent of the new century,the rapid economic development,social problems also followed,in which medical issues is to attract the attention of the community.Medical problems related to the prevention and control of diseases in a variety of social and psychological prevention and other issues,social work as a new era to solve social problems an important force,began to intervene in the medical field.Today,medical social work has become the backbone of the development of medical and health services.Compared with developed countries in Europe and America,China's medical social work started late,lack of development momentum,faced with many problems and difficulties.At present,China's social work industry development is better concentrated in Guangzhou and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions,the development of the mainland,even the big cities are still relatively backward.This paper takes the professional service of medical social work of Y hospital in Beijing as the research object,and takes the dilemma and countermeasure of medical social work professional service as the research category.Through the literature research and in-depth interview,this paper finds that Beijing Y Hospital Medical Social Work and Volunteer Service The professional service has the common problems faced by the whole country and the particularity of the Y hospital.In the absence of the effective support of the social environment,it is limited by the existing system of the hospital and lacks the independent professional practice right,which leads to the professional service Focus shifted to volunteer activity.The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the development of professional services of medical social work at present,and to put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems and dilemmas from the social level,the hospital level and the social work level to help China's medical social work and occupation development.
