Research On The Influence Of Dual Knowledge Management Capability Of The Famous TCM Doctor's Studio On Its Hidden Performance

Purpose:In today's network information age,knowledge has long been the most important production factor.Knowledge management is at the core of strategy,bringing strong competitiveness to organizations and individuals and driving better decisions.As a new model of traditional Chinese medicine academic experience inheritance research,promotion and application,the national famous Chinese traditional medicine expert inheritance studio("the famous TCM doctor's studio" for short)is representative in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.The knowledge management of the famous TCM doctor's studio plays a role that cannot be ignored in promoting the knowledge inheritance and innovation and the sustainable development of the famous TCM doctor's studio.This study starts from the dual knowledge management capabilities of knowledge protection and knowledge sharing of the famous TCM doctor's studio,guides the importance of the knowledge protection and knowledge sharing of the famous doctor's studio,promotes the dual strategic orientation of the famous TCM doctor's studio while focusing on knowledge protection and knowledge sharing.Focusing on cultivating the dual knowledge management ability of the famous TCM doctor's studio,and promoting reasonable support from the government and the hospital where the famous doctor's studio is located.It provides reference value for the internalized growth of the famous TCM doctor's studio and the hidden performance level of the organization.Furthermore,it will promote the complementary effect of the policy of "Famous TCM Doctor's Studio" and the strategy of "Healthy China".Methods:This research takes the famous TCM doctor's studio of the country as the research object.First of all,based on the subject of this research,we carry out relevant domestic and foreign current status analysis and theoretical research.Through literature analysis and expert consultation,we Put forward research hypotheses and construct a conceptual model of the influence of dual knowledge management capabilities of the famous TCM doctor's studio on their implicit performance,and establish relevant indicators and measurement items.Then,the sample data was obtained using the questionnaire survey method,and a total of 311 valid questionnaires were recovered.Then,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to perform descriptive analysis and data quality analysis.Finally,SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software were used to conduct correlation Analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,and structural equation model analysis to test and validate relevant research hypothesesResults:The five research hypotheses proposed by the initial conceptual model were all verified.Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis have initially verified that the knowledge protection,knowledge sharing,and dual knowledge management of the famous doctor's studio have a significant positive impact on its hidden performance;the structural equation model further validates the Significance of the path assumptions of "hidden performance of the famous TCM doctor's studio?knowledge protection"?"hidden performance of the famous TCM doctor's studio?knowledge sharing";hierarchical regression analysis verified support from the hospital where the famous TCM doctor's studio is located and the government play the moderating role of the dual knowledge management of the famous TCM doctor's studio and its hidden performanceConclusion:The empirical analysis confirms that the knowledge protection and knowledge sharing of the famous TCM doctor's studio and the dual knowledge management can have a positive positive effect on the hidden performance of the famous TCM doctor's studio and promote the internalized growth of the famous TCM doctor's studio;at the same time,the government's support positively regulates the relationship between the dual knowledge management of the famous TCM doctor's studio and its hidden performance level,and the support of the hospital where the famous TCM doctor's studio is positively regulates the relationship between the dual knowledge management of the famous TCM doctor's studio and its hidden performance level.It shows that the famous TCM doctor's studio needs to pay attention to the dual strategic orientation of knowledge protection and knowledge sharing at the same time,and the relevant government departments and the hospital where the famous TCM doctor's studio needs to reasonably provide and implement relevant support.Therefore,this study puts forward some suggestions to promote the dual knowledge management of famous doctors 'studios from the perspective of the famous TCM doctor's studio team,the hospital where the famous TCM doctor's studio is located,and relevant government departments,so as to promote the improvement of organizational performance and the sustainable development of the famous TCM doctor's studios.
