Objective: The paper explores a diagnostic value assessment of preoperative CT examination,frozen section examination and the combination of the both diagnosis for salivary gland tumor lesions.Methods: Collecting 197 patients who have been diagnosed with Salivary gland tumor in Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery;First Affiliated Hospital;Xinjiang Medical University from April 2012 to December 2015.All patients need to be completed preoperative CT examination and frozen section examination in our hospital.To compare the degree of conformity of these tests with the final diagnosis of definite pathologic examination.According to the above comparison results,evaluating the value of CT and frozen section examination and combined application in the diagnosis of salivary gland tumors.Results: CT,frozen section examination have differences in the diagnosis of salivary gland tumors(P<0.05).The accordance rate is 64.0%(126/197),82.7%(163/197)in CT and frozen section examination.However,the two combined application of diagnostic coincidence rate is significantly higher than that of the single examination.Combined diagnosis with the rate of 94.4%(186/197),the results also has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: CT and frozen section examination in the diagnosis of salivary gland tumors have their own advantages but mixture of them can achieve advantage complementation with one another,what's more,it has a higher value for the diagnosis of salivary gland tumor.It can also provide more assistance for our clinical diagnosis,treatment. |
