| Objective:Study of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(video-assisted Thoracscopic,surgery,VATS)in bilateral pulmonary hydatid cyst removed during surgery and staging surgery treatment.Methods :A retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1996 to January 2016 underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic simultaneous or staged surgical removal of the clinical data of 51 cases of bilateral pulmonary hydatid cyst patients,30 cases were male,19 were female,aged from 13 to 58(36.5±5.6)years old,according to the different condition is divided into operative group(21 cases)and staging the surgery group(30 cases),comparison for simultaneous bilateral pulmonary hydatid surgery.The operation time of the two groups,the total amount of bleeding,postoperative extubation time,postoperative hospita l stay,total cost of hospitalization,complications and other indicators were compared.Results : 51 patients were successfully completed surgery,no patients died during and after surgery,4 cases of surgical staging patients with a postoperative contrala teral hydatid cyst rupture,two thoracic surgery.The operative group operation time,time of chest tube removal after surgery,postoperative total hospitalization days,total hospitalization expenses use are better than the staging operation group(P<0.05),the two groups of intraoperative blood loss was not statistically significant(P>0.05),postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 5 years,All groups had one case of recurrence,The perioperative complications in the same operation group were significantly lower than those in the staging group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:VATS simultaneous or staged treatment of bilateral pulmonary hydatid disease curative effect,better effect for simultaneous bilateral surgery. |
