The Investigation And Analysis Of Influence Factors About Physique Development Of Different Gestational Age Infants Between Uygur And Han In Urumqi

Objective:To draw the standard curve bout birth weight,birth length,head circumference and chest circumference to the Urumqi infants of different gestational age and through the Ktole index and Weil Vic index description,analysis of related factors about affecting the growth and development of newborns,to evaluate growth development status of the neonatal and influence factors of neonates from Uygur and Han.Method: Continuous measurement of 2014 in October 2016 in October the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and maternal a nd child health hospital were single live births,Statistical analysis using spss19.0 software to carry out the curve fitting method of one yuan power three,draw smooth curve,and review the collection and collation of the maternal and neonatal basic data,using the single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze on the influencing factors of neonatal growth development.Results: Collected 28-42 weeks gestational age newborns 5027,of whom 2625 are male,2402 are female,male average weight is 3293±733g,3151±733g for female;male average length is 49.5±3.3cm,48.8±3.7cm for female;male average head circumference is 33.3 ± 2.5cm,32.8 ± 2.8cm for female;male bust average is 32.6+3.0cm,32.1+3.1cm for female.Through the investigation of the curve and body index results suggest that the newborn growth development in Urumqi are different from foreign and domestic standards,there are also significant differences between Uygur and Han;The birth weight of newborn is related to the weight of late pregnancy,gestational age,pregnancy disease,neonatal asphyxia,maternal age,total protein,premature rupture of membranes,and sex of newborn;birth length of newborn is related to the weight of late pregnancy,gestational age,pregnancy disease,neonatal asphyxia,total protein,newborn sex,father height;The birth head of newborn is related to the weight of late pregnancy,gestational age,pregnancy disease,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal sex;The birth chest of newborn is related to the weight of late pregnancy,gestational age,pregnancy disease,nationality,neonatal asphyxia,prenatal hormone,total protein.Conclusion:Because of the Xinjiang regional and national characteristics,leading to the difference of growth development from other regions in our country and abroad,the newborn newborn in Urumqi city;due to the existence of racial differences between Uygur and Han,Fetal growth development of Uygur and Han being leaded to difference;and found many factors in the birth weight,length and head circumference,chest circumference of Urumqi City.
