Objective To investigate the risk factors of early death after valvular replacement in patients with valvular heart disease over 60 years of age.Method The patients underwent Cardiac valve replacement(n=178,male102,female 76,aged from 60 to 74)were retrospectively analysised in the Fi-rst Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2012 to April 2016.Preoperative diagnosis by physical examination, laboratory inspe-ction and other comprehensive assessment were confirmed by operation,an-d all heart valve replacements were underwent general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary by pass.Result Severe postoperative complications occurred in 17cases(9.5%)and death in 10 cases(5.61%),Statistical analysis showed that patients(Other nationalities, cardiopulmonary bypass time ? 120 min, aortic cross clamping time ? 60 min, postoperative complications,EF<50% and have a parallel CABG)had a higherdeath rate Co-mpared with other people;Multivariate logistic regression showed that cardiopulmonary bypass time?120 min,EF<50%,having a parallel CABG and complications were significantly independent predictors of opera-tive mortality. Conclusion:Preoperative evaluation according to the clinical chara-cteristics of elderly patients with valvular heart disease, targeted Heart valve replac-ement therapies are contributed to prolong their survival time, elevate survival rate and improve prognosis. |
