Objective: The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2002 to December 2014 were analyzed statistically in primary liver cancer patients,to understand the differences,and to explore the gender,nationality,age,residence distribution effect on the incidence of.Based on the data of retrospective study,the distribution of primary liver cancer in other regions and the distribution of the patients with liver cancer in Xinjiang were compared.The reasons for the similarities and differences of the characteristics of primary liver cancer in Xinjiang were discussed.To analyze the relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV),hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection and primary liver cancer.Methods: according to the statistical data,this part of the case for the First Affiliated Hospital of 2002-2014 from primary liver cancer on the complete case,gender,nationality,age,residence,distribution of hepatitis B virus positive rate were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 5577 cases of PHC patients,male to female ratio was 3.45: 1;Han,Uygur,Kazak,Hui and other nationalities(Xibe,Manchu,Mongolian)the proportion were 79.67%,9.86%,4.55%,3.31%,2.61%,and the composition of the Uighur and Han than there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).4232 patients were hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)detection,3833 cases of hepatitis C antibody(HCV-Ab)detection.HBsAg was positive in 2560 cases(60.49%),490 Cases were HCV-Ab positive(12.79%);the positive rate of detection of hepatitis B virus in Uygur was 35.52%,the positive rate of detection of hepatitis B virus in 40%,was lower than that of Han nationality(65.68%,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma patients for hepatitis B virus positive patients,Uygur and Kazak in Xinjiang region of hepatitis B virus infection rate was significantly lower than that of Han nationality in Xinjiang area,PHC has certain characteristics and regional characteristics.Compared with other regions,there was no significant difference in gender and age distribution.The clinical characteristics of patients with liver cancer in urban and rural areas were different.
