Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Tube Moxibustion For Kidney-essence Deficiency And Subjective Tinnitus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular tube moxibustion for kidney–essence deficiency and subjective tinnitus.To provide feasible new ideas and new therapies for kidney–essence deficiency and subjective tinitus.Methods: Screening 60 tinnitus patients who up to the standard were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases of the observation group(acupuncture combined with auricular tube moxibustion group),30 cases in the control group(acupuncture group).Compare two sets of the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)scores and tinnitus grates.Results: After treatment the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)scores and tinnitus grates of the observation group and the control group are statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with before treatment.THI scores and tinnitus grates of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)after the treatment.The total effect of two groups is no significant difference(P<0.05),but the observation group,the rate was 85.71%,higher than the rate of the control group was 73.08%.Conclusion: The THI scores and tinnitus grates of the acupuncture combined with auricular tube moxibustion group were decreased significantly.This method had good advantages in improving the patients,sleep and mood and the quality of life.With significant effect,simple,safe,economic and easily accepted by patients,the method is worthy of clinical research and widely available.
