Intervention Effect Of Ezetion And Sivastion Tablets On Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective to observe intervention effect of ezetimibe and simvastatin tables on carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Sum to 110 patients are slelected for CHD and confirmed the existence the different degree of carotid atherosclerosis.According to the random number group table methd divided into Observation group(n=58)and Control group.Observation group(n=58),received ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets 30 mg qn,besides,according to the need to give other the necessary a fomal the antiplatelet.antihypertensiv etreatments.Control group(n=52),received simvastatin tablets 20 mg qn.meanwhile,given the conventional treatment properly,All patients were received therapy six months.The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)?triglgceride(TG)?low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)?high density lipoprotern cholesterol(HDL-C)and carotid intima-middle thickness(IMT)?carotid intima plaque area?plaque score were compared between two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment.Results compared to pretherapy,the two groups levels of TC?TG?LDL-C were lower but the level of HDL-C was higher.The change of Observation groups was more obvious than the control group(p<0.05).compared the groups after treatment,the levels of plague area?IMT?plaque score were lower.The change of observation group was more obvious than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion ezetimibe and simvastatin was more significant than simvastatin in reversing carotid atherosclerosis and improving blood lipid.
