Objective To compare the clinical effects of complete endoscopy with conventional open surgery in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 94 cases of patients who underwent radical thyroidectomy from June,2015 to Surpertember,2016.48 patients in the experimental group(laparoscopic group)and 46 patients in the control group(open group),The operative time,the number of lymph node metastases,the postoperative 24 H internal drainage,the hospital stay,the postoperative first day pain assessment,postoperative complications and patient satisfaction.Results All patients were successfully completed the operation,the experimental group of the first day postoperative pain evaluation and hospital days were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);experimental group 24 H drainage volume and patient satisfaction were(P?0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of lymph node metastasis,and postoperative complications(P> 0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic surgery and open surgery have the same safety and feasibility,while the endoscopic surgery has obvious advantages of beauty,shorter hospital stay,I believe that with the development of endoscopic surgery,endoscopic surgery will be achieved More advantages.
