Objective: Investigate to study the relationship between TCM Syndrome Types and Apo E gene polymorphism in Xinjiang Kazak. Methods: From June 2010-2016 year in November based on epidemiological investigation of AD diagnosis in AD patients of Xinjiang and neurodegenerative disease clinical databases in Xinjiang Aletai area AD with a total of 58 cases,79 cases in control group, the case group according to TCM diagnostic criteria and common syndromes standard of classification, through the detection of type Apo E gene groups, compare the distribution of differences. Results: Through this experimental study,Xinjiang Kazak people in two groups of genotype distribution in AD patients,Apo E?2 carriers significantly decreased Apo E?4 carriers were increased;in the normal population, the highest proportion of 3 in Apo E carriers,Apo E?2,Apo E?4 Apo E minimum. Two groups of allele frequency there was significant difference(P< 0.01).The distribution of APOE genotypes of TCM after the patient group and the control group in the syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence Apo E?3 the distribution of genotype 4 higher compared with the control group(P<0.05);compared with other syndromes have difference(P<0.05).At the same time, the mutation of rs429358T/C gene frequency distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05),for other sites(rs769449,rs7412,rs405509)had no statistical significance in the existing sample number(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through this study, found that there is a correlation between the TCM syndrome type of Alzheimer's disease in Xinjiang and the polymorphism of Apo E gene, the mutation of rs429358T/C gene frequency distribution was statistically significant, suggesting that the risk factors for Alzheimer's disease sites in Xinjiang.
