and metformin for oral administration,aerobic exercise on diabetic rats inflammatory response and the influence of various protein expression is signaling pathways.Hope that the study found that these improve the type II diabetes and late kidney inflammation and reduce insulin resistance provides a new train of thought.Methods: buy eight weeks of 85 male SD rats,and randomly selected five N1 for blank group,the rats fed high-fat feed and STZ injection preparation into Ⅱ diabetes model,and then select the prompt building successful diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups,respectively is group D(diabetes control group),O(aerobic group),M group(drug),OM(aerobic comprehensive intervention group),10 in each group.Aerobic group movement scheme of concrete for all O group adaptability training a week in rats,keep them to the swimming suit,and then in the formal experiment swimming six times a week,every time lasted one hour,take a day off every week.Motion plan can significantly increase T-SOD activity in the kidney tissues,contrast group D(156.31)and O group(201.87).Compared to group M(173.41)and group D(156.31)after found that metformin to increase kidney T-SOD activity has certain help,but far from aerobic exercise to bring the role of effective.Indicates that the aerobic exercise and metformin to improve levels of oxidative stress of rats can bring
