The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Vasculitis Tablet Formultiple Aortic Inflammation

Objective:to observe the vascular within the clinical curative effect of patients with multiple aorto arteritis.Methods:selection of heilongjiang university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine peripheral vascular branch in March 2016-02,2017 outpatient and ward were 32 cases of patients with multiple aorto arteritis,were randomly divided into:the treatment group and control group in the two groups,control group 16 cases in general with the western medicine drug treatment.Treatment group 16 cases on the basis of general treatment in western medicine plus vascular convalescent tablet at the same time,the treatment for 1 month.Give oral drugs:vascular convalescent piece of early,middle and late three points,taking 8 grain at a time.Before and after treatment in treatment group and control group of symptoms and laboratory indexes(ECR,CRP)comparison.Through the symptoms score and treatment condition for observation and analysis.Results:this study selected 32 patients,multiple aorto arteritis age average(28.04+8.01),the minimum age of 14,the biggest 39.6 cases of men,women,26 cases of male to female ratio 1:4.3.After 1 months of therapy,the clinical observation results as follows:control group:16 cases,cure 0 cases,5 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 75%;Treatment group:16 cases of patients,cure 0 cases,7 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 87.5%.In terms of observation indexes,the treatment group therapy c-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,vessel wall thickness under ultrasound and wall stenosis degree through the system analysis,(P<0.05),there is obvious difference,the vascular convalescent tablets in the treatment of patients with multiple aorto arteritis is remarkable.Indicators in observation,treatment group red fine sedimentation rate,c-reactive protein,vascular wall thickness under ultrasound and wall stenosis degree through the system analysis,(P<0.05),there is obvious difference,vascular convalescent tablets in the treatment of patients with multiple aorto arteritis qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome.In terms of symptoms and signs scores in patients with multiple aorto arteritis qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome after vascular convalescent treatment,total score decreased significantly,the signs and symptoms in patients with dizziness,fatigue,fever,and neck pain symptoms before treatment and after treatment significantly alleviate,carotid artery murmurs,beating and radial pulse signs experimental group and control group comparison,no obvious difference(P>0.05).Description of the phonological treatment of vascular convalescent patients with multiple aorto arteritis qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome of clinical symptoms and signs improved,can improve the patients quality of life.Conclusion:1.Vascular convalescent united salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection and safflower red pigment and sodium chloride injection on patients with multiple aorto arteritis neck artery blood flow is improved.2.The vascular convalescent can reduce the expressionof inflammatory biomarkers.3.The clinical effects of the vasoconic tablet combined with the injection and red pigment sodium chloride injection of red pigment and red pigment were satisfactory to patients with recurrent hyperarteritis.
