Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Stroke(Qi Stagnation And Phlegm-stasis Type) By Plus And Minus Shuyu Jieyu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuyu Jieyu Decoction on patients with motor aphasia after stroke(qi stagnation and phlegm-stasis type),and to explore its mechanism and its theoretical innovation.Methods:30 cases of Li Yan old Chinese medicine studio were selected according to the inclusion criteria.The patients were diagnosed as stroke and were accompanied by motor aphasia.Will meet the standard of 30 outpatients to give Shuyu solution soup for the main side of the addition and subtraction,Shuijianbi 300ml,2 times morning and evening service,treatment for 4 weeks.(SADQ),Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)grading,and simplified version of the patients were followed up for 2 weeks after treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.The patients' TCM syndrome score,SADQ,Chinese aphasia examination "scale changes in the points of the situation.Results:The scores of speech function were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The scores of speech function were 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).The severity of the aphasia in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of the patients were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The number of patients who were at the age of 4 and 5 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)(P<0.01).Before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of SADQ was significantly lower(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of all the patients were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks,The patient's speech function is improved,the clinical efficacy is always effective(P<0.01).After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome evaluation was 70.0%and 96.7%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shuyu Jieyu Decoction can improve the verbal function,the severity of aphasia and the post-stroke anxiety and depression in stroke patients after stroke for 4 weeks after treatment,and can improve the post-stroke aphasia TCM syndrome of patients.
