Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of PTN With Acupuncture Combined With Different Dose Of Comamamide

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with large dose of cobamamide point injection in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,comparing with acupuncture group and acupuncture combined with normal dose of cobamamide point injection treatment group.Exploring the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with high dose of cobamamide point injection,in order to provide a more effective method of Practice for the clinical treatment.Methods:1.We collected 63 patients diagonosed as primary trigeminal neuralgia pain,which came from the outpatients of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Traditonal Chinese Medicine University,and randomly divided them into A group(acupuncture group),group B(acupuncture combined with routine dose of cobamamide point injection group)and group C(acupuncture combined with large dose of cobamamide point injection group),21 cases in each group,three patients of baseline data statistical analysis showed no significant difference in.A group was given acupuncture treatment,B group were treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection of cobamamide 1.5mg treatment,C group were treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection of cobamamide 3.Omg treatment,were given for 4 weeks of treatment,and we studied the curative effect of three groups of patients.2.We measured the Jane's pain scores and TCM symptom scores of A group,B group,C group,in the first day and in the last day of 4 weeks treatment.The effect of three groups were evaluated by nimodipine.3.All the data collected were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1.The Jane's pain scores and TCM symptom scores of groupA(acupuncture group)measured on the first day and the last day were analyzed,and there was obvious significant difference(P<0.05).It shows that the acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has obvious effect.2.The Jane's pain scores and TCM symptom scores of group B(acupuncture combined with acupoint injection normal dose of cobamamide group)measured on the first day and the last day were analyzed,and there was obvious significant difference(P<0.05).It shows that the acupuncture combined with acupoint injection normal dose of cobamamide treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has obvious effect.3.The Jane's pain scores and TCM symptom scores of group C(acupuncture combined with acupoint injection large dose of cobamamide group)measured on the first day and the last day were analyzed,and there was obvious significant difference(P<0.0 5).It shows that the acupuncture combined with acupoint injection large dose of cobamamide treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has obvious effect.4.The dates of Jane's pain scores,TCM symptom scores after 4 weeks among three groups has dramatic differences(P<0.05)analyzed by SPSS19.0 software,and Acupuncture combined with large dose of cobamamide acupoint injection group and acupuncture combined with general dose of cobamamide acupoint injection and acupuncture only had different effects in reduce scores of Jane's pain scores and TCM symptom scores by statistical analysis with significant difference(P<0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture combined with large dose of cobamamide acupoint injecton in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has obvious better effects than that with conventional dose group and acupuncture only.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture group,acupuncture combined with routine dose of cobamamide(1.5mg)point injection group,acupuncture combined with high-do seof cobamamide(3.0mg)acupoint injection group,three schemes for treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,which all have the exact improvement in reducing Jane's pain score and TCM symptom score.2.Acupuncture combined with large dose of cobamamide(1.5mg)point injection in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has a better improvement in reducing Jane's pain scores,TCM symptom score than acupuncture group and acupuncture combined with general dose of cobamamide group.
