Objective: In this study,we collected the basic information of RE patients diagnosed by endoscopy, and summarized the clinical symptoms, tongue vein and endoscopic manifestations of 275 patients with reflux esophagitis. The clinical epidemiology(the principles and methods of biostatistics, from the sick group to explore the cause of the disease, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and clinical decision-making laws, through rigorous design, quantitative measurement and objective evaluation,to provide scientific basis for disease prevention)is to explore the correlation between the endoscopic grade of RE patients and the distribution of TCM syndromes, and provide the objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods: The questionnaire was designed by the method of clinical epidemiology.Through the cross-sectional study, the patients who were diagnosed with RE by gastroscopy in the outpatient department and the ward of Kun Ming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from the April of 2015 to March of 2017 were eligible for 275 For example, the patients were truthfully questioned and recorded, the data entered and statistics, the use of SPSSl9.0 statistical software, using (x|-)ąs,Chi square test,Rank sum test and correlation analysis to test. The results of this study: 1.In this study,275 cases of reflux esophagitis patients diagnosed by gastroscopy were included.Including 168 males(61.09%)and 107 females(38.91%).The predisposing factors were dietary factors in 109(39.64%)and emotional factors 21 cases(7.64%)times.The patients generally eat more spicy, sweet products.Frequently occurring after the meal, and easy to relapse, the higher incidence of patients are in summer.Helicobacter pylori patients with negative HP infection rate is higher.2.With the TCM syndrome type distribution of the patients, followed by the more to less are disharmony between liver and stomach in 99 cases(36.00%);liver and stomach heat in 66 cases(24.00%);spleen and stomach Deficiency in 60 cases(21.82%);Qi and phlegm in 18 cases(6.54%);qi stagnation and blood stasis in 13 cases(4.73%);spleen deficiency phlegm in 11 cases(4.00%);stomach yin deficiency in 8 cases(2.91%).3.The results showed that 55 patients had grade 0(20.00%);155 patients in grade I(Ia,Ib)(56.36%);38 patients in grade II(13.82%);27 patients in grade III(9.82%).4.The study on the correlation between the endoscopic classification of reflux esophagitis and TCMSyndrome Types showed thate,0 to liver and stomach and liver and stomach heat syndrome, grade I to liver and stomach, liver and stomach heat, spleen and stomach Deficiency syndrome,Grade II to liver and stomach is not the main card,III to liver and stomach heat,qi stagnation blood stasis based.Using Kruskal-Wallis to test, the results showed that P =0.03 <0.05,and the correlation analysis showed that the Pearson coefficient was 0.121,P=0.046<0.05,so different gastroscopy grading of TCM syndromes were significantly different. Conclusion: 1.From the basic information of the patients, the higher incidence of middle-aged men, occupation distribution to multiple staff, cultural level for the middle school, and long living in towns, mostly caused by inappropriate diet, like spicy and sweet acidophilus products and dringking. The course of it is always less than 3 years, and breaks out repeatedly especially after the meal.2.From the distribution of TCM symptoms: this disease is mainly based on Qi deficiency.3.From the distribution of TCM syndromes of patients: mostly are the disharmony of liver and stomach, liver and stomach heat syndrome. The card belongs to the virtual to real. This deficiency is a deficiency,Yin and Yang of Qi are two empty temperament, mark is phlegm, heat, gas, blood stasis ".4.From the patient endoscopic grading point of view: endoscopic grading is mostly 0,I,II grade.5.The endoscopic classification of RE has some certain clinical significance to syndrome of TCM.
