The Clinial Research On The Method Of “San Zhen Yi Guan”in Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the method of “san zhen yi guan”in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumber disc herniation,and to explor the effectiveness.At last,to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of lumber disc herniation.Method The research adoptded randomized and controlled clinical studying method,60 patients were divided into experimental group(“san zhen yi guan”)and control group(routine acupuncture group)with 30 patients per each.Living acupoint?PC5 and LR3 were be choosed to needle and combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping under lesion centrum in experimental group,routine acupuncture group proding BL23?BL15?Living acupoint?BL40?BL17.Tow groups were ask to be receive 3 times treatments one week and totally for 10 times.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopedics Association(JOA)low back pain scorewere used to evaluate the clinical efficacy after 1 time?5times and end treatment.At last,To observed the clinical curative effect of two groups of treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumber disc herniation.Results1 There was no statistical significance in gender,age and the course of disease between the two group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the VAS pain scores and JOA low back pain score also had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Tow groups can be compared.2 To compare the improve situation of the VAS pain scores and the JOA low back pain score,before and after treatments.(1)To compare the improve situation of the VAS pain scores:After 1 time?5times and end treatment,the VAS pain scores of two groups all were improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).But the change in the VAS pain scores of experimental group significantly different from control group(P <0.05).(2)To compare the improve situation of the JOA low back pain score:After1 time?5times and end treatment.the JOA low back pain score of two group all were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).But the change in the JOA low back pain score of experimental group significantly different from control group(P<0.05).3 To compare the efficacy,before and after treatment.(1)After 1 time treatment,the total effective rate was 56.67% in the experimental group.Comparably,the total effective rate was 30.00% in the control group.The rative effect has statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)After 5 times treatment,the total effective rate was 83.33% in the experimental group.Comparably,the total effective rate was 63.33% in the control group.The rative effect has statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)After 10 times treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the experimental group.Comparably,the total effective rate was 83.33% in the control group.The rative effect has statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The result shows:The method of “san zhen yi guan” and croutine acupuncture all have effect in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumber disc herniation,Among them,the method of “san zhen yi guan”was better than croutine acupuncture in relieving pain and improving functional activity,Can improve the curative effect and shorte the course of treatment.After all,the method of “san zhen yi guan” is worthed to spread to clinical application,because of the method is targeted and worked attributed to choosed the point based on differentiation and follow the diagnostic difference in response points.
