Adding And Subtracting Maimendong Decoction For The Treatment Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis With Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Through the observation and subtract jia jian maimendong soup for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,qi and yin deficiency syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy and safety,for the clinical treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,qi and yin deficiency syndrome to provide more clinical basis.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 40 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,using the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 20 cases each.Control group treated by routine western medicine,giving oxygen,anti-inflammatory prednisone and pirfenidone antifibrosis.Treatment group add and subtract in the control group on the basis of jia jian maimendong soup(day a dose,twice daily,morning and evening suit);Treatment for 2 months,1 year follow-up.Observe two groups of patients’ clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment,the total syndrome integral,the changes of lung function and SF-36 scale.Results:1.Jia jian maimendong soup decoction treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,qi and yin deficiency syndrome patients,compared with control group,in reducing the symptoms and signs(cough,cough up phlegm,wheezing,easy to catch a cold,shortness of breath,tidal fever and night sweating,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,spontaneous perspiration,and that we have a Velcro)syndromes,total integral overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).2.Treatment group can improve the patients with pulmonary function(FEV1 %,DLCO)level,the control Can’t effectively improve patients with pulmonary function(FEV1 %,DLCO)level;Comparison between the two groups have significant difference after treatment(P ﹤ 0.05),the treatment group was better than control group in improving lung function.3.Jia jian maimendong soup decoction treatment of idiopathic pulmonaryfibrosis,qiand yin deficiency syndrome patients,compared with control group,in improving the SF-36 scale score in treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jia jian maimendong soup can improve idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,qi and yin deficiency syndrome in patients with general clinical symptoms and signs,improve the overall efficiency;Can improve patients with pulmonary function(FEV1 %,DLCO)level,and the curative effect is superior to pure western medicine routine treatment;Can significantly improve SF-36 scale score,improve the quality of life.
