| Purpose: 1.We analysis that the main and core TCM pathogenesis on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by the vidualization information software.And discussed the different academic viewpoint and understanding of the TCM pathogenesis on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,by the literature visualization.2.We wanted to analysis the distribution of the main symptoms in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.And we designed the unsupervised data Statistical study to find the main syndrome factors,which could indicate the rules of diagnosis in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.3.Based on the positive randomized controlled study outcome of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis,we mined the data,to explore the different traditional chinese medicine medical prescriptions,in order to analysis the order rules of the traditional chinese medicine clinical treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Method: 1.We searched the Chinese Journal Database by the combination of the automatic and manual literature reviel at first,and read the literatue in detail.According to the information visualization tool software Cite Space,we described the relevant information processing and visualization of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis pathogenesis research,found the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis pathogenesis related keywords,and expounds its views on behalf of the author’ main academic viewpoint about the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.2.We retrospectively collected the pulmonary fibrosis patients in general data,diagnosis of disease and TCM diagnosis data,these data will be input into SPSS 20 software to establish a database,using SPSS 20 software to describe the patients’ gender and age distribution in general.Measurement data to indicate that the count data expressed in%.Cluster analysis and factor analysis was appiled by SPSS 20 software.The factor analysis showed that the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO)was used to test the correlation between variables,and the Bartlett spherical test was used to judge whether the variables were independent.Principal component analysis was used to extract the common factor,which was more than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate was calculated.The maximum variance method is used to calculate the load factor of each factor in the common factor,which was more than 0.4.The TCM syndrome elements were interpreted by the traditional Chinese medicine and the common factor.3.We used the SPSS software to set up the database of Chinese herbal formula.The high frequency of herbs was specificated for the classification by four Qi,five flavours and attending function.The SPSS 20 software was used to describe the frequency and frequency of high frequency drugs.The SPSS20.0 was applicated in data and factor analysis.We used the SPSS Modeler software to analyze the association rules of the traditional Chinese medicine formula by Apriori method.Results: 1.From the visualization map,we can observe two main author team formed in the IPF pathogenesis research field,including Professor Lv Xiaodong’s team on IPF in recent years the TCM works the most and most in-depth research,has formed a relatively high yield and high efficiency of scientific research team.The main research institutions in the scientific research institutions,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the field of IPF pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine research.The keywords high frequency and cluster analysis results show that the pathogenesis of common keywords including collateral disease,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis.By reading the literature,the author believes that the common pathogenesis keywords IPF: lung deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm and blood stasis.2.A total of 220 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were included in the study.Among them,IPF42(n = 19.09%)were enrolled in the study.The mean age of the patients included in the study was(68.07 +12.77)years,and the median course of disease was about 6 months.A total of 60 from the main TCM diagnostic data,including cough,shortness of breath,wheezing,fatigue,phlegm,white lips lip violet dark,sweating,cold,thin tongue and other diagnostic data.For extraction to the diagnostic data clustering analysis,when clustered into four classes,the best clustering analysis.The factor analysis showed that the KMO measure was 0.737,and the spherical P was less than 0.05 。The result of the Bartlett test was similar.The common factor extraction of diagnostic data,there are 15 common factor which eigenvalue variance was more than 1,the cumulative contribution rate was 75.55%,by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,including the main disease factor represents a syndrome factor: lung,spleen,kidney,liver,mainly including disease factors: Qi deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,yin and Yang,etc..The main syndromes including lung and spleen deficiency with phlegm,lung and kidney yin deficiency,blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,two kidney yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,Yin two deficiency,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung,spleen qi deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis with phlegm and Qi deficiency and blood stasis.3.A total of 82 prescriptions were extracted,with a total of 773 traditional Chinese medicines.The frequency analysis showed that the main effect by Tonifying Qi and relieving cough and asthma,promoting blood circulation,nourishing Yin and blood,four distribution to the warm and cold peace,five flavors are mainly "sweet,bitter,flat".The lung mainly owned the commonly used herbs.Factor analysis and association rule analysis showed that the main compatibility and treatment of the prescription included "supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis"Conclusion: 1.The doctrines to TCM pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis have different understanding,the main direction of the theory included "Deficiency of Yang","phlegm and blood stasis","Deficiency of Qi” and " the dysfunction of lung with the complex phlegm and stasis ".The theory and research,but also should strengthen the collaboration between different research direction studied by the scientific research team.2.The pulmonary fibrosispatients’ main crowd disease syndrome factor include: lung,spleen,kidney and liver syndrome;Major disease resistance syndrome factor include: deficiency of Qi,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency of Yin,stagnation of Qi,and turbid dampness.3.Tonifying and expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis Chinese medicine is an important traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of IPF,common traditional Chinese medicine combination effect with Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,nourishing blood and promoting blood stasis,removing blood stasis and activating meridians " etc..But,due to the small sample data and Apriori algorithm limits in the traditional Chinese medicine research,this study does not show TCM prescription treatment rule of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in total.We should further expand the amount of data more systematically show the prescription regularity of TCM treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the future. |
