Observation Of Curative Effects Of Treatment On Pelvic Adhesion Infertility Through The Combination Of Patoncy Fertility And Laparoscopy

Purpose:The purpose of this study is that observed treatment effects of patients with pelvicadhesions infertility after laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinesemedicine (Tong chang zhu yun prescription), in order to provide more standardtreatment options to patients with pelvic adhesions infertility.Method:Selected60cases diagnosed with pelvic adhesions infertility, which were dividedinto two groups randomly,30cases of each group. Treatment group: Give themconventional prevent infection after laparoscopic surgery, and a month later oraltraditional Chinese medicine (Tong chang zhu yun prescription), taking medicationContinuous for six days. Repeat the treatment after menstrual clean of next monthmenstrual cycle if they were not pregnant.6months for a course of treatment. Controlgroup: Give them conventional prevent infection only after laparoscopic surgery. Track2courses of treatment, than observed and compared effects of two groups.UsingSPSS19.0software package for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Comparison of two groups’ the normal pregnancy：There were11cases ofnormal pregnancy in treatment group;5cases of normal pregnancy in control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.（P<0.05）(2) Compared the tubal patency of the no-pregnant cases in two groups aftertreatment: patency rate of the treatment group was50%; tubal blockage rate was31.58%; patency rate of the control group was32%, tubal blockage rate was50%. Thetreatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）； (3)Compared the syndromes total score of treatment group between before andafter treatment: Before treatment was22.53±10.2, after treatment was13.1±7.48,traditional Chinese medicine (Tong chang zhu yun prescription) was meaningful inimproving the overall aspects of syndromes.(P<0.05).(4) Compared the comprehensive efficacy of two groups: treatment group was96.67%; the control group was76.67%. The treatment group was better than the controlgroup.(P<0.05)Conclusion:There is certain clinical efficacy use Tong chang zhu yun prescription combinedwith laparoscopic surgery treat pelvic adhesions infertility, without significant adversereactions. It can improve the patient’s normal pregnancy in some extent, prevent tubalblockage again, and relieve some of the symptoms of clinical.
