Clinical Therapeutic Effects Of Traditional Acupuncture Combined With Beishu For Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Of Anxiety

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu and simply using the traditional acupuncture for treatment of liver qi stagnation type of anxiety.Methods:To select 60 cases of this disease of liver qi stagnation type in patients with anxiety disorder,they were randomly divided into control group(30 cases by Shi Xuemin academician of the science of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with depression syndrome commonly used traditional acupuncture treatment)and treatment group of 30 cases(traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu).By comparing the HAMA scale、SAS scale and TCM syndrome scale score before and after treatment and the overall efficacy evaluation to observe the efficacy.Result:1.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu can significantly improve the HAMA score of patients with liver qi stagnation and anxiety,compared with the traditional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).2.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu can significantly improve the SAS score of patients with liver qi stagnation and anxiety,compared with the traditional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).3.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu can significantly improve the TCM syndrome scale score of patients with liver qi stagnation and anxiety,compared with the traditional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).4.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu can significantly improve the overall efficacy of patients with liver qi stagnation and anxiety,compared with the traditional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu in improving HAMA patients of liver qi stagnation type anxiety scale、SAS score and TCM syndrome scale is better than traditional acupuncture.2.Traditional acupuncture combined with Beishu in improving the overall curative effect of patients with liver qi stagnation type anxiety is better than the traditional acupuncture.
