Clinical Observation Of "Huoxue Sanyu Decoction" Combined With Surrounding Acupancture Therapy For Psoriasis Plaque Of Blood Stasis Pattern

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Houxue Sanyu decoction"combined with surrounding acupancture in the treatment of psoriasis plaque of blood stasis pattern,accroding to theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Using the scores of both severity index(PASI)adverse reactions and itching symptoms as evaluated index to observe and analyze the efficacy.Methods:Ninty patients were randomized into two groups:each group had 45 patients.The cases in the treatment group were treated by "Huoxue Sanyu decoction" combined with surrounding acupancture therapy,and the control group cases were given by "Xuefu Zhuyu capsule".Two groups were given with topical "Vaseilin" in 56 days.The real numbers of treatment was 42,and the numbers of control group was 44 after election.Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)adverse reactions and itching symptoms were recorded to evaluate the therapeutic effect after twenty-eight days or fifty-six days.Besides,counting related adverse reactions of patiaents during treatment to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1 At the beginning of 28 days of treatment,there has a significant difference between the PASI score and itching symptoms score in the prior treatment both in treatment goup and control group(P<0.05).After 56 days of treatment,the two indicators above both have significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).2 After 56 days of treatment,selecting the improvement of PASI scores as the efficacy judge index,the number of cured patiants in treatment group is l,the number of excellence is 24,the effecive and invaid number is 11 and 6,the totle effective rate of the treatment is 85.17%;in control group,the number of cured patiants is 0,the number of excellence is 16,the effecive and invaid number is 17 and 11,the totle effective rate of the treatment is 75.00%.Ther is a significant difference comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patiants(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 "Houxue Sanyu decoction" combined with surrounding acupancture has better effects in the remission of PASI score and itching symptoms scores than control treatment in the treatment of psoriasis plaque of blood stasis pattern,and it has higher security.2 "Houxue Sanyu decoction" combined with surrounding acupancture is an effective method in treating psoriasis plaque of blood stasis pattern.
