Objective:Through using Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy in the treatment of patients with active ulcerative colitis large intestinal damp-heat syndrome,to observe the clinical curative effect of Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy in this kind of patient.Method:Select 40 cases of active ulcerative colitis patients large intestinal damp-heat syndrome,who conformed the accepting criteria are accordance with he accepting criteria,and received treatment in gastroenterology department outpatient clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016,The 40 patients were given Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy Decoction of professor Xie Jing-ri,the drug is provided by TCM pharmacy of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,twice a day oral,30 minutes before breakfast and dinner,each dose is 150ml,the period of the treatment is 4 weeks.Observe the change of clinical curative effect,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and the intestinal mucosa in electronic colonoscopy before and after treatment,and make a statistical analysis.Results:After the treatment of Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy,the clinical total effective rate was 86.49%,the total effective rate of intestinal mucosa lesions was 83.78%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 89.19%.The total TCM syndrome score of post-treatment reduced significantly than pre-treatment(P<0.01),and the differences were striking,with statistical significance.In the TCM syndrome of single integral,after treatment,the integral scores of diarrhea,bloody mucopurulent stool,bellyache,tenesmus,the scorch of anus,hiding fever,dry mouth with bitter taste,scanty dark urine,compared with pre-treatment,were declined,there were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1?Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients with active ulcerative colitis large intestinal damp-heat syndrome.2?Qingre Huashi Jiedu Therapy can effectively improve the intestinal mucosa lesions condition in colonoscopy of patients with active ulcerative colitis large intestinal damp-heat syndrome.
