Objectives:The study aimed to explore the relationship between self-perceived burden and posttraumatic growth and analyse whether self-perceived burden can forecast the changement of posttraumatic growth or not.To explore the path in resilience,self-perceived burden, and posttraumatic growth furthermore, clarify the mediating role of resilience between self-perceived burden and posttraumatic growth. Methods:The Colorectal Cancer Patients were recruited from 4 third rate synthetic hospitals by convenience sampling method according to the inclusive criterion and investigated with questionnaires. The questionnaires included basic information questionnaire,Posttraumatic Growth inventory(PTGI),Self-perceived burden inventory, and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Apply Epidata 3.01,spss21.0 and Amos to input and analyze the data. The data was described constituent ratio and frequency. The one-way analysis included the statistical methods of ANOVA analysis,t-test,and rank sum.We used Pearson analysis,Spearman analysis and multiple regression analysis for correlation and mutiple factor analysis.Furthermore, the Amos software was used to build the Mediating model of self-perceived burden between resilience and posttraumatic growth.Results:1.The average score of self-perceived burden in patients with colorectal cancer was(34.81±6.82),the major influencing factors were consists of working condition, religion, hometown, economic income, living conditions.(P < 0.05).2.The score of posttraumatic growth and resilience is(76.78±14.98)and(69.03±19.06).3.The relation between self-perceived burden each dimension with posttraumatic growth level are negatively correlated(P<0.05),psychological resilience andposttraumatic growth levels are in positive correlation(P < 0.05).4.There are 4% variance of posttraumatic growth condition were explained by self-perceived burden, resilience played an completely intermediary role in the process.5.The indices of the final structure equation model adaptation degree were:RMSA = 0.034,GFI=0.994,AGFI =0.988,NFI = 0.996,TLI=0.996,CFI = 0.999,IFI= 0.999,indicate that the model is more reasonable. The total effect of Self-perceived burden that influenced the each dimension of posttraumatic growth is: spirit change dimension was-0.260,new possibilities dimension was-0.231,appreciate of life was-0.112,interpersonal was-0.244,personal power was-0.240.Conclusion:1.The posttraumatic growth,self-perceived burden and resillience are in the medium level.2.There are correlation between self-perceived burden, resilience and posttraumatic growth and it's each dimension;self-perceived burden, resilience has a certain prediction effect of posttraumatic growth.3.The influence of self-perceived burden to posttraumatic growth situation is entirely through resilience variable, resilience played a partial mediating role in the process.4.The influence of self-perceived burden to dimension new possibilities, appreciate life, interpersonal relationship and personal strength are mainly through resilience,it has direct effect and indirect effect to the dimension change of mental.
