Chinese medical education can be divided into multiple stages.Different stages of medical education make the medical personal train to an stage development.At the same tiome,because of the existence of the theory and the gap of the practice in the humanity curriculum of many medical colleges and universities,more and more medical educatiors improved ‘the sequential in medical humanity education'.So this could inforce the relevance,sequential and practicality of the medical humanity curriculum in different stages.Purpose:This study talked about the current situation of Chinese medical colleges or universities' medical humanity curriculums in the context of ‘5+3'medical personal training model.And this study surveyed the clinical specialty students' demand and appraise of medical humanity curriculums in one chinese university,sorted out the category,connatation and significance of the medical humanity curriculum,compared the relationship of the specialty curriculums and the humanity curriculums and talked about the squential relation in medical humanity curriculums.Based on the literature research,questionnaire,the expert,the clinicacl student interview's result and the actual situation of this university,this study provided the reasinable advice for improving the sequential relation of the medical humanity curriculums.Methods:This study researched the related literature,chatted with the expert to sort out the situation of the medical humanity curriculum and the problems what exists now.What's more,this study generalized the development path of ‘5+3' medical personal training model and summarized the meaning of the sequential relation of the medical humanity curriculum under the model.It learnt about the clinicl students' cognition of medical humanity,the demand and appraise of medical humanity curriculums in different educantion stages through the questionnaire.It used the SPSS18.0 to describe and analysis the the results,which the ranked data taked themethod of rank-sum test.Results:1.The situation of the medical humanity curriculum now contained several problems:less categories,most of them are elective course.Compared with the professional curriculum,the medical humanity curriculum had the simplify content and style.And the clinical students' learning interest was not high.Most of the medical humanity curriculum were setted in the first or the second year in their undergraduate stage,the sequential relation of the medical humanity curriculum was not well.2.Through the related material,it showed that collaborative development was the characteristic of medical humanity curriculum and the professional curriculum which cantained the complementary of the content and the permeability of humanity.The curriculum's development needed them both.3.Under the ‘5+3'medical personal training model,the sequential relation of the medical humanity curriculum means the continuity of the setting time,the integrity of the curriculum's content,the conjunction of the curriculum's theory and practice.4.Based on the results of the demand and evaluation of clinical students,it showed that 90.3% students wanted to know more about medical humanities to improve themselves' humanity knowledge.At the same time,the clinical student showed the worry about the employment environment.With the method of Kruskal-Wallis H rank-sum test,it couldn't judge the difference of different grade students in undergraduate stage.It also couldn't judge the difference of the undergraduate students and the graduate students.The result showed most of students were under-investment to medical humanity curriculums and had less interest in the courses.51.5% clinical students thought the medical humanity curriculum should be setted in the satge of clinical practice,43.9% students chose ‘general'as the option of the situation of medical humanity education in college.And the different grade of clinical students' evaluation to the current medical huamnty curriculums' effect had no statistical significance.Comclusion:1.It's significant to put forward the‘5+3'medical personal training model,make a big improvement for the medical humanty to improve the sequential relation of medical humanity curriculums.2.In this model,the sequential relation of medical humanity curriculum means todo curriculums with effective methods which contains the elective course,the second classroom,humanity lecture,etc.These contents and forms should not only be setted in or several years in college,but also in the whole stage of medical education.3.The clinical students in this college had a good cognitive knowledge of medical humanity,but were still needed to improve it with the development of medical humanity reform.We could enrich the form and contains of the curriculum,design and implement the evaluation model to increase the value of teaching.4.Through enhancing the sequential relation of medical humanity curriculums,it's an important method to realize the objective of medical humanity under the ‘5+3'medical personal training model.
