IntroductionThe choosing of different spherical aberration of the intraocular lens according to the patient's corneal spherical aberration to meet the patient's visual quality requirements has been carefully studied and recognized by a lot of experts.This paper is based on corneal spherical aberration of patients with intraocular lens implantation and is in order to achieve the best target spherical aberration,to achieve the best visual effects.ObjectiveTo compare the visual quality in different total eye spherical aberration after cataract surgery and IOL implantation with different spherical aberration.MethodsThe records of 55 cases(63 eyes)of cataract patients were collected from November 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital who had undergone phacoemulsification + IOL implantation.The patients aged 50 to 70 years old,astigmatism<1.5D.The patients were excluded with other ocular diseases.The different spherical aberration IOL were implanted according to corneal spherical aberration.In accordance with the different postoperative total eye spherical aberration,the patients were divided into three groups.In group A,the SA was(-0.2±0.05)?m;in group B,SA was(0±0.03)?m;in group C,SA was(+0.1±0.03)?m.At 3 months after surgery,the UCVA of three groups,BCVA,total HOA,MTF values and satisfaction survey were compared.ResultsNo statistically significant differences were observed in postoperative UCVA or BCVA between the three groups(P=0.153,P=0.999),at 3 months after surgery.HOA,the difference was not statistically significant(P =0.268);The MTF values,A< B < C,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);satisfaction questionnaire A<B<C,the difference was statistically significant(F =19.700,P =0.000).Conclusion:According to the corneal spherical aberration personalized implanted IOL,making full eye spherical aberration is +0.1?m,postoperative visual quality better,satisfaction higher.
