Objective:To explore effective treatment methods and to guide clinical treatment and to evaluate prognosis by analyzing the clinical data of 37 patients with fish bile poisoning and studying the clinical features of organ toxicity induced by fish bile poisoning. Methods:Collecting the whole complete clinical data of oral fish bile poisoning patients which were admitted into the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2010 to December 2016 and their clinical manifestations, laboratory test indicators, treatment methods, methods and outcome were retrospectively analyzed.Results:1.After treatment, all of the 37 cases of fish bile poisoning patients were improved and discharged, and the cure rate was 100%.2.After eating fish bile, symptoms first occurred in half an hour, and the latest occurred in the 10 th day.The number of people who performanced "gastrointestinal symptoms","anuria" or "oliguria" and "fever" as the main manifestation were 30 cases,6 cases, and 1case respectively.3.All patients had different degrees of liver function, renal function and myocardial enzyme abnormalities, differences before and after the treatment were significantly(P <0.05).4.The number of organ damage ranging from 1 to 4 and the number of patients with two organs damaged was most. Some patients performanced serous cavity effusion(6 cases),electrolyte disorder(14 cases),urinary tract infection(4 cases),hypertension(8 cases),and psychiatric symptoms(10 cases). In addition, there were 2 patients suffered from ARDS during the course of development of disease.5.Among all of the patients,30 were given blood purification therapy and 7 cases refused to blood purification treatment. The hospital time of these four blood purification methods :HD,CRRT,CRRT followed by regular HD and CRRT directly combined with HP was gradually shortened.Conclusion:1.The number of organ damage after fish bile poisoning is not related to the number of eating fish bile.2.After fish bile poisoning, the most common symptom was gastrointestinal symptoms first, and followed by varying degrees of liver, kidney, heart, brain and other organ damage.3.After fish bile poisoning,it was very important to give timely medical treatment, active protection of organs and symptomatic treatment and early blood purification. The effct was significantly.4.At the early time of fish bile poisoning, the treatment of CRRT combined with HP could make hemodynamics stable, reduce complications, promote organ function recovery and shorten the hospitalization time.5.Some factors such as wether combined with basic diseases or not, age, the number of organ damage and the blood purification methods can affect the prognosis of fish bile poisoning patients, and each of then can be used as a reference to assess the prognosis of fish bile poisoning.
